Check in took forever. Room was ok. Good size. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was not a pretty sight and had probably not had a good clean in a long time. Air on was good. The room had huge cracks in the walls. Wi-Fi was non existent in the room. Location was good and for the price not a bad stay

Everything was good except ac was not working properly. As i reached late night 11:30, and need to wake-up early the next day, not connected team. The hotel should have checked these earlier before allocating a room. Updated this to reception during checkout

Enter the hotel itself wow bcz fully ancient pieces ,design check in done udhay within two minutes finish ,provide welcome drinks and cold towel with smiling face senthil given us .,two days stay here room cleaning very nice siva,anbu,suresh,pasupathi and all.,thank you

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Customer service was prompt and efficient. Rooms, toilets and surroundings were clean. Food was good. It had a serene atmosphere with birds chirping at all times. We enjoyed our stay at le yercaud.

Nice new property with decent amenities like swimming pool and a few indoor games. Camp fire with a small open ambi theatre. But they didn't play video complaining on projector issues and no proper response on enquiry. Food was good both veg and non veg. There was no proper guidance to guest on local travel and no arrangements of guide or driver's for guest. Overall a good place for families, but service could further improve.
