"Building is old - location is good. But don’t expect nice new rooms as property is little dated. Parking is ¥500 per day. If I go back to Kushiro I might try another place. But if you find cheap price and don’t mind average room then it’s not bad."

"It was nice to have a full-sized bathroom! It was very nice to have separate washer & dryer units instead of the typical combo units we've encountered!! It was super nice that the woman at the front desk spoke enough English that she was able to explain our reservation & parking!!! The breakfast was a ”Comfort Suites” style breakfast but had a decent combo of Japanese & Western choices. The stacked parking for our car was well coordinated. This was a ”day of” reservation for us but in a couple ways ”beats” the last Airbnb we stayed at in Tokyo."

"Good and clean hotel. Amenities were good too. Only thing was the aircon, it is not very strong in the summer. So our room was slightly warmer. We tried to open the window at night but we were close to a drinking/eating street, so there was smoke smell and loud noises from people partying."

"The bed was too low and felt like sitting on a chair rather than lying on the bed. The light switch next to the bathroom door was dirty with dark red filth. The location is very good and many tour buses stop near the hotel."

"A very classic hotel, a bit shabby and old-fashioned at the price of a premium hotel. Really too expensive compared to the service offered.. The paid parking lot (900 yen/day) is not big enough, when it is full, you have to go to a private parking lot not far from the hotel, and then go to the reception to get a free voucher. Very impractical... The breakfast is good, especially for seafood (except coffee and pastries), but the room is too small compared to the capacity of the hotel. People often queue to access it."

"The female staff could speak English and very throughly explained everything. We stayed 2 nights. The outdoor hot spring is amazing. Breakfast is delicious, view is great."

"Good location. 5-min walk from the JR station. Staff could not speak English. Room was very small. The hotel almost kissed the building of next door for those rooms below 5th floor. I was on the 4th floor, hence, I could only see the outside environment from a very narrow gap. WIFI was not strong in every part of the room. Be patient to walk around for the stronger WIFI connection. Not many shops around."

"Good location in the city center, close to Nusaimai bridge. The hotel is surrounded with lots of restaurants and convenience stores, easy to access . simple breakfast provided."

"Walking distance to lots of eating places opposite river . Choice of shampoo and liquid bath as well as pillow. Free red wine and nice coffee was a big plus. Also tried their deer curry just for the experience . Also got to make mew friends with fellow guest at hotel while drinking. The breakfast was superb. We chose Japanese seafood set."

"This hotel is very new, local next to the bus terminal and actually part of the hotel is used for the bus office / terminal. They provide free drinks (including alcohol) from 3pm to 9pm in the restaurant, enjoy when it is available. The breakfast has a limited choice, but it is a buffet. The public bath is shared between men and women with time slots. Around 300 yen for washing but drying is free. The room was rather small but they put a huge double decker bed with a king size bed in the bottom, it was a comfortable sleep but not much room to move in the room. Key is using a number lock system which is quite interesting. A super huge TV in the room mounted to the wall. My room is facing east and I able to see sunrise in the morning. Note that there are quite a few pot holes from the train station to the hotel. During that day, when I move my luggage to the hotel, the wheels get stuck into a new filled pot hole and travellers need to be aware."
