"This is a typical Toyoko Inn type of hotel, small room but clean, tidy, comfortable, located at town center, good for short stay."

"酒店就在幣舞橋南端，出來看風景很方便。大堂的環境也很不錯，還有免費的飲料供房客品嚐。客房值得稱道是衞生間，不是那種整體浴室，有單獨的淋浴房，沐浴用品也不差。比較遺憾的是我們住的5樓，拉開窗簾就是裙樓的屋頂，還擺放着不少空調外機。另外入住的那天晩上有點冷，打開空調的暖風，就聞到一股異味。應該是空調管道需要清洗了。"

"We booked this hotel for its proximity to the Kushiro train station and bus station (these were just opposite the hotel) which saved us the walking in snowy conditions. The triple room we booked was surprisingly bigger than I would imagine for a typical Japanese hotel. We tried the hotel breakfast and it was good for value and have a spread of food choices. The staff were friendly and despite of language barrier, we managed to be able to request for assistance. I would like to thank Ryoyo for his help in checking for alternative bus to Sapporo due to train suspension and he further helped to contact our Sapporo hotel to inform that we will arrive later due to unforeseen train suspension. As per other reviews about the attitude of the hotel staff, I personally feel that they are really helpful but might appear rude to foreigners as they are not good at expressing themselves. The hotel has a manga corner and amenities shelf which you can grab special hair amenities and other types of pillows. There is also free washing machine which my husband used it daily to wash his clothes, free onsen and coffee. Overall, this hotel has great amenities and facilities. The famous tourist attractions were within walking distance from the hotel (MOO/ EGG/ Nusamai Bridge about 15-20mins walk)."

"A very classic hotel, a bit shabby and old-fashioned at the price of a premium hotel. Really too expensive compared to the service offered.. The paid parking lot (900 yen/day) is not big enough, when it is full, you have to go to a private parking lot not far from the hotel, and then go to the reception to get a free voucher. Very impractical... The breakfast is good, especially for seafood (except coffee and pastries), but the room is too small compared to the capacity of the hotel. People often queue to access it."

"Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, 5 mins walk from JR station and Akan bus terminal where the tour bus to the sightseeing places. The room was quite decent and good enough for us to open 2 pieces of luggages.."

"쿠시로에서 그나마 신축이고 평이 좋은거 같길래 결정한 호텔! 근데 역에서 은근 멀리 떨어져 있어요... 대신 시청이랑 가깝고 쿠시로 공항을 이용한다면 셔틀도 앞에 바로 도착하기에 이 점은 메리트가 될수도 있을듯! 그리고 석양도 보기 좋고 객실도 청결했어요! 나중에 쿠시로 가게 된다면 또 묵을거 같음!"

"酒店位置就在釧路JR旁邊 為了坐第二天的阿寒湖巴士選擇的過渡酒店 兑換紙質車票的窗口就在酒店旁邊 非常方便 步行到爐端燒一條街和弊舞橋大約 10 到 15 分鐘 本身釧路也不大 酒店設施一般 房間真的很小 為了趕路住一晚可以 超過 2 晚以上就不推薦了"
