"The hotel exceeded expectations! Not only is it spacious, but it’s also spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 🥰 Toilet bowl and shower room are separated. They also provided shoe dryer and trouser press outside of your room. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options—more than enough to satisfy different tastes. The free public bath is a nice bonus. I’d definitely return if I ever visit this area again!"

"The hotel does not provide daily cleaning. Cleaning is done,once in three days. As a result, we had to clear our own trash everyday because the bins provided were simply too small and insufficient for accumulating three days worth of trash. This hotel is not advisable for traveller stay more than 2 days or long stay There are only two washing machines in the hotel. Both machines are constantly in use (70 to 80 percent) most of the time. We had to wait very a few hours, at times waking up in the middle of the night just to secure a slot to use the washing machine. Rooms are modern but not very large. The only consolation is the hotel’s relatively close proximity to the shopping street."

"I really enjoyed stay here. I got out of the Otaru JR station and the hotel is, across the road. Room was clean and functionable. I was on 9th floor and my window view was a big bonus. There is onsen but i missed it due to lack of time. Hotel is close to canal and shops and i have to mention the Triangle Market., where i had one of my best meal - grilled halibut. Check out my window view. This is a good base to explore the famous shops and eat good seafood."

"Hotel is near the all touristy places like the canal. So most things were within walking distance. We completed most things in like 2-3 hours, so in fact there wasn't a real need to stay over a night in Otaru. By evening there wasn't anything much to do so we just stayed in the room as it was raining as well. After checking out, we drove to the next destination. Hotel staffs were incredibly helpful and courteous."

"新しいホテルなので若干従業員の動きがスムーズではないところがあったが、接客態度は問題はなかった。 設備: 大浴場が気持ちよかった。メイク落としも洗顔も置いてあってタオルと着替えのみ持っていけばいいのは楽だった。ドライヤーも馬力のあるものが備え付けてあり〇。欲を言えば、肌に付けるスキンケア類を常備するより、ヘアオイルやボディローションを置いてある方がいいと思った。 コインランドリーに完了した洗濯物を一時的に入れるカゴなどあるといいかもと思った。 お部屋の設備: ツインの部屋にエキストラベッド入れて3名で泊まった。エキストラベッドを入れたためと思うが椅子がデスクのところにひとつしかなく、他に2名はエキストラベッドに座るしかなくやや不便だった。 また、バストイレ別で快適に使えたが、トイレ内に手洗い場がなく、洗わない手でトイレのドアをあけ、お風呂場のドアも開け手を洗わなければならないので、そこは不便だったし衛生上？？ってなったところだった。 AIスピーカーは上手く使えなかったので残念 テレビはYouTubeは見れたのはよかった。が、もう少しベッド側に画面が向けられたらよかった。 コンセントが多く使い勝手が良かった。 iPhoneミラーリングが出来るのは便利。 総じて快適に過ごせてよかった。"

"The hotel is large and in a great location, right next to a shopping mall. The room was very spacious and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. There are connecting rooms available on the sea-facing side with beautiful views. The staff provided excellent service. Parking is available for 24 hours at 1,680 yen. The hotel is a bit far from the Otaru Canal."

"Overall I had a nice stay here. They upgraded me to a room with canal view for free. The room was really comfortable. Only downside was it’s located quite far from the station. It took 15 minutes to walk to the station, which was quite a hassle with the snow. The restaurant was quite nice but expensive."

"Very nice hotel, the lobby is big and nice, allow us to check in at 2 pm. There are some reception staff that can speak mandarin as well. We booked a room for 3 people with 3 single beds. The room is bigger than expected and the washroom is more spacious as compared to others I have stayed in before. Pros is near the Otaru Canal, from the hotel just walk straight all the way will reach Otaru canal. Opposite the hotel there is a Lawson, convenient to buy stuff. Cons is slightly far away from JR station and you will need to walk about 10 mins."

"A boutique style heritage building with high end art deco architecture designed hotel. Style, class of its own with high-tea style breakfast. The chef was of top-notch with well-balance crafted menus. The taste was exemplary good. I enjoyed the wine tasting too and love the OTARU dry white wine and OTARU beer. Lightings and ambiance atmosphere and helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to heritage financial street and OTARU canals."

"As we arrive late, we are happy with the price and location plus free parking. Really value for money if you just need a place to sleep. Contactless check in, electronics Lady boss is friendly. If the bed condition(quality) can be upgraded will be perfect. (Didn’t get chance to take a room photo, use the nearby place for info)"
