"Modern hotel, nice decor, plenty of facilities (extra charge required), poor service. Swimming pool, sauna, gym all require additional charge or are only included with premium rooms and above. The facilities are great and gym is of a commercial level. Hotel staff were not very welcoming and rather depressed. Even though the hotel is in the city center, it's not really near any of the main spots you'd want to check out. We ended up taking a 30-minute taxi ride every day just to see the sights, which was a bit of a hassle."

"Bu otele bayıldım! Busan istasyonunun hemen yanında ve Haeundae, Gamcheon Köyü ve Lotte Mart'a kolay erişim. Özellikle Seul'e KTX ile gitmeniz gerekiyorsa çok kullanışlı. Modern tasarımlı ve iki manzaralı köşe daire verildi! Evlilik yıldönümümüz olduğunu bildikleri için istemememize rağmen sabah 11.30'da erken giriş yapmamıza izin verdiler. Bu harika bir düşünce. Kahvaltıyı denemedim, yorumum yok. Ama otelin hemen yanında bir market var, bu yüzden gece geç saatlerde akşam yemeği veya erkek arkadaşımla yemek konusunda sorun yok. Tek olumsuz yanı, pencerenin tam panel olmaması, bu yüzden Busan istasyonu manzarası biraz engelleniyor. Bunun dışında her şey güzeldi ve tekrar kalmayı tercih edeceğim."

"Kesinlikle konumu seviyorum, ünlü Gwangali plajı 2 dakikadan daha az uzaklıkta, kelimenin tam anlamıyla köşede. Oda temizdi ama ikimiz için çok küçüktü, orta boy valizlerimizi açmakta zorlandık. Ev sahibi check-in saatimizden önce valizlerimizi bırakmamıza izin verdiği için çok nazikti. Bizim için en zor şey, vardığımızda ev sahibiyle iletişime geçemememiz ve tam konumu bulmakta zorluk çekmemizdi. Ev sahibiyle iletişime geçmek için başka bir acenteden başka bir kişiyle görüşmek zorunda kaldık. Bunların dışında oldukça tatmin ediciydi. (Ayrıldığımız gün çekilen fotoğraflar)"

"The room was spacious, clean and comfortable (bed and pillows were good). Toiletries were provided and towels were changed daily. There were performances along the beach just right in front of the hotel at night. The walk to the train station is abit far under the hot sun but still manageable. Hotel was 3 mins walk from the main shopping area hence its surrounding was quite serene. The rooftop swimming pool was tiny and its view was blocked by windows. Overall, it was a good stay which I would recommend."

"2 gece kaldım. Otel, Busan İstasyonu 1'in hemen karşısında ve çoğu tesise yürüme mesafesindeydi. Tuvalet ve banyo dahil oda küçük olsa da, olanaklar (Japon tarzı gibi) tamdı. Sıcak ve soğuk duşlar, küvet, saç kurutma makinesi, kahve ve çay için su ısıtıcısı, terlikler, değerli eşyalar için küçük bir kasa. Banyo malzemeleri ve pijamalar sağlandı (lobi alanından almanız yeterli). Not: Diş fırçası ve diş macunu dahil değil. Dolap yok ama valizlerinizi yatağın altına koyabilirsiniz. Ücretsiz kahvaltı. Odanın içinde mikrodalga yok ama lobi alanında var ve otomattan su, kahve ve çay alabilirsiniz. Ayrıca bir çamaşırhaneleri de var, bu yüzden fazla kıyafet getiremiyorsunuz. Benim için tek olumsuz yanı, giriş saatinin 16:00 ve çıkış saatinin 10:00 olması, bu yüzden zamanlamanızı ayarlamanız ve yönetmeniz daha iyi. Çok erken varırsanız, valizlerinizi resepsiyon alanına bırakabilirsiniz. Şimdiye kadar kaldığım süre boyunca rahat, huzurlu ve dinlendirici bir uyku çektim. Temizlik hiç sorun olmadı. Tekrar burada kalmayı dört gözle bekliyorum."

"Amazing service, clean the rooms every day. We were washing and drying our clothes, they collected the clothes, folded them and put them in our room when we asked them if it’s possible because we wanted to explore the city instead of waiting for the clothes. Location is near the beach, however haeundae area in general is a bit far from the city centre and other sightseeing places."

"We had booked a Deluxe Double Room and was arranged to stay on 9/F. In my view, the room is clean and spacious. Not much noise unless people talking in the corridor. Toilet and shower are separated by doors, which is nice. TV is connected with internet so we don't have to connect our device to watch YouTube and the other channels. Although they forgot to replace our bathrobe for one night (which is nothing serious), we have a very pleasant stay. The photo was taken right before checking out. Their cleaning staff are doing a great job tidying up the room every day. :)"

"A very nice hotel in a great location just on the beach with plenty of shops and good restaurants nearby. One or two things to note when staying here. There are only Korean electrical sockets ( no usb charging ports for example) so bring an adapter or buy one from 7-11 next door ( i walked to a few shops and this was the cheapest). I didn’t have breakfast, but opted to buy something from a local bakery each evening. The bed pillows i thought were actually quite uncomfortable , not sure if the hotel offers other options. Didn’t ask. Check in time is a strict 3pm, so if like me you arrive in Busan at 7am, plan to hang out at a spa for a few hours . When i arrived at the hotel at 2pm i asked to check and even though the room was ready they said i had to pay a little extra to check in early . Hmm. Plan accordingly. Check out is at 11am, an extra 30,000krw per hour late check out. I am not convinced security is 100 % secure as anyone could walk in from the outside and access the lobby elevator to the guest floors. Hmm. As mentioned location is excellent, you couldn’t ask for better. Restaurants ( try the tofu soup restaurant at the back of the hotel!🤤), bars, coffee shops, the beach! And no noise in guest rooms from outside. For all the negatives i have said, I will still definitely be back"

"Very worth the money! Really recommended with the following reasons - very near to subway like 1-2 minutes - the hotel made the room everyday and they give you 2 key cards which is very convenient - it is a very perfect location as you can walk and explore around haeundae beach, if you book the train from mipo station, you still can walk about 20 mins it may look far away but the route was very easy and you can enjoy the view along the route. I would definitely stay here again if i cam back to Busan"

"Otellerin ses geçirmez olması pek sık rastlanan bir durum değil ama bu gerçekten harika! En fazla, üst katta ara sıra ayak sesleri var! CP değeri son derece yüksektir. Haeundae Çıkış 3'e 3 dakikalık ve Haeundae Plajı'na 3 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir! Biz 13. kattaydık, öndeki bina yüzünden biraz kapalı olmasına rağmen yine de her gün kalkıp denizi izleyebiliyorduk. Çok rahattı! Oda her gün düzenleniyor ve çok temiz. Temizlik personeli de çok cana yakın ve bagajlar saklanabiliyor! Kesinlikle tekrar ziyaret edeceğim bir otel olduğu söylenebilir :)"
