"A very nice hotel in a great location just on the beach with plenty of shops and good restaurants nearby. One or two things to note when staying here. There are only Korean electrical sockets ( no usb charging ports for example) so bring an adapter or buy one from 7-11 next door ( i walked to a few shops and this was the cheapest). I didn’t have breakfast, but opted to buy something from a local bakery each evening. The bed pillows i thought were actually quite uncomfortable , not sure if the hotel offers other options. Didn’t ask. Check in time is a strict 3pm, so if like me you arrive in Busan at 7am, plan to hang out at a spa for a few hours . When i arrived at the hotel at 2pm i asked to check and even though the room was ready they said i had to pay a little extra to check in early . Hmm. Plan accordingly. Check out is at 11am, an extra 30,000krw per hour late check out.
I am not convinced security is 100 % secure as anyone could walk in from the outside and access the lobby elevator to the guest floors. Hmm.
As mentioned location is excellent, you couldn’t ask for better. Restaurants ( try the tofu soup restaurant at the back of the hotel!🤤), bars, coffee shops, the beach! And no noise in guest rooms from outside.
For all the negatives i have said, I will still definitely be back"

"Room was very generous in size, bathroom was as big. WiFi was excellent. Location was good-accessible to the subway and bus stop. Price was very reasonable for that quality of hotel. I’d stay there again next time I am in Busan."

"Nice hotel conveniently located in the city surrounded by lots of nice restaurants and cafes Opposite the hotel is a 3 storey high Daiso and walk down the street to the end (about 5mins walks) is the Haeundae Traditional Market that sells plenty of local delights. If you need to travel to another city bus, the Intercity Bus Terminal is just behind the hotel. It's about 3-5mins walk.
The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a convenient store right below the hotel I will definitely stay at Ramada Encore if I visit Haeundae. Will stay more days at the hotel. Thank you Ramada Encore"

"We were a group of 3 and were pleasantly pleased with the 3 single beds in Ramada. We all had our own space. Spacious enough. The hotel was just a stone away from KTX exit 1 and also metro exit 6. The hotel has a 24-hour laundromat and I love that the dryer dried clothes thoroughly. 2,000won for washing and other 2,000w for drying. 1,000w for their detergent. A total of 5,000w for each wash. 😊 The only downside was no basic amenities were provided except for shower wash, hair wash and hair condition."

"Our stay at UH Continental was truly amazing. I couldn’t believe the hotel is even prettier in person than in the photos. My daughter absolutely loved the indoor spa, and what I appreciated most was the kids’ play area, it’s perfect for families traveling with little ones.
The hotel is also just steps away from Haeundae Beach, which makes the location even more convenient. Everything smelled fresh and clean, and the bed was one of the comfiest we’ve experienced during our trip.
What made our stay even more memorable was the manager, Hailey. She was the nicest person we met in Busan, 🥹 very cheerful, professional, and such a great conversationalist. She actually reminded me of Im Yoon‑ah from the K-drama King the Land—a warm and happy hotelier who makes guests feel genuinely welcome.
Our experience here was truly memorable. ✨"

"The room was clean and tidy which is the highest priority for me, they had many kitchenware, glasses etc. the view and balcony was the best of our whole stay! Enjoyed our stay so much and would come back! Only negative thing was that one out of two elevators were broken and not fixed while we were staying there, so it became a lot of waiting and the elevator was full most of the time having to wait even longer so they could get service quicker since there is quite many residents"

Biz 13. kattaydık, öndeki bina yüzünden biraz kapalı olmasına rağmen yine de her gün kalkıp denizi izleyebiliyorduk. Çok rahattı! Oda her gün düzenleniyor ve çok temiz. Temizlik personeli de çok cana yakın ve bagajlar saklanabiliyor! Kesinlikle tekrar ziyaret edeceğim bir otel olduğu söylenebilir :)"

I had a pleasant stay at Haeundae Youngmu Parade Hotel. The location is great—close to the beach, restaurants, and convenience stores, which makes getting around very easy. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with friendly service and straightforward check-in.
The room is decent but very basic. There aren’t many facilities inside, and I was surprised to find that there was no safety deposit box, which would’ve been useful for keeping passports and valuables secure. Aside from that, the room served its purpose for a short stay.
Overall, it’s a simple and decent hotel option if you’re looking for good value and a convenient location in Haeundae."

MMisafir KullanıcıThe receptionist in charge spoke English well and helped clarify several misunderstandings regarding the hotel policy, as one point differed from what was stated on the Trip.com page (regarding the number of guests). Unfortunately, the stove in the kitchen did not work when we arrived, and the staff mentioned that it was not intended for use by default, which was quite disappointing. However, the staff’s polite and courteous behavior toward us was an excellent point that helped compensate for these shortcomings. Also, the location was very convenient, as it was close to Daiso, a bus stop, and a train station.

Odalar geniştir; oturma odası, mutfak ve çamaşır deterjanlı çamaşır makinesi mevcuttur. Hem oturma odası hem de odaların denize bakan terasları vardır. Alt katta birçok restoran var ve Lee's Fried Chicken'ı şiddetle tavsiye ederim; orijinal kızarmış tavuk inanılmaz lezzetli. Busan'ı tekrar ziyaret ettiğimde kesinlikle bu otelde kalacağım.

PPi Ka ChuWe are family of three with 6 year old kid, stayed at NEWCZ Centum for 3 nights. Staffs are welcoming and offered us a free room upgrade to the room with nice view. Room is spacious, has separate dinning room and it has very interesting second level to kids to play or for the guest who prefer to sleep in Tatami style bed. Location is quite convenience, a few mins walk from train station and shopping mall (which has one of famous Jijimba for both tourists and locals - Spa Land Shinsegae. We enjoyed our stay, especially our little one who love to play hide and seek been very busy climbing upstairs and downstairs to Hide. Would love to stay here again if we visit to the same are next time.

Unit was spacious, fully equipped with large tv, washer dryer microwave, and even a Samsung styler. 2 queen beds and beddings are of good quality. Toilet and shower system were great too. Electrical kettle was provided. Cooking was not allowed unless requested. There was no cutleries or kitchen utensils provided. There was no view from this room generally except very little sea view from the balcony. On our first day bath towel was not provided and hv to ask from the reception. Orded food delivery via Baemin and food can be sent to doorstep. Location is near to Haeundae beach, but could be better as it is not central and close enough to the most lively area. Do not expect full hotel service except presence of the frontdesk (7am-10pm), and there was no in room housekeeping provided for the entire stay of 4 days. Hotel facilities was not opened too, pool was closed. Breakfast was not included and can pay for it and need to hv it at Kwangsu Hotel opppsite the building.
Hotel staff was polite, response was prompt when we asked for help to fix the clogged toilet bowl, location was easy to be accessed by taxi via kakao or k-ride. Overall we had good sleep and pleasant stay, and it was well worth the price paid.

Restoranda sevimli ve kibar bir Güneydoğu Asyalı kız var. Ancak oda temizliği gerçekten kötü. Banyodaki şampuan şişesinden sarı bir şey çıktı, yatak takımlarında sarı lekeler vardı ve balkon hiç temizlenmedi. Çıplak ayakla yürümeyi seviyorsanız balkondan uzak durun!

Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel.
Room:
I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area.
The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value.
Amenities & Services:
While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it.
Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything.
Location:
This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night.
Staff & Hospitality:
Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected.
Overall Impression:
Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.

MMisafir KullanıcıFantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes.
Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life.
Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.

MMs.Katewe have booked deluxe with harbour view, view was fantastic. and that’s all. windows are dirty, motion sensor turns on during the night when you go to bathroom, very annoying, and small narrow window in bedroom is very strange. i can’t sleep with any light. we have asked to solve the problem, staff was very helpful.
moreover main curtains are short. i couldn’t sleep well.
pillows are not comfortable for us.
for this price there isno toothpaste, toothbrush. towels are dirty.
