The receptionist in charge spoke English well and helped clarify several misunderstandings regarding the hotel policy, as one point differed from what was stated on the Trip.com page (regarding the number of guests). Unfortunately, the stove in the kitchen did not work when we arrived, and the staff mentioned that it was not intended for use by default, which was quite disappointing. However, the staff’s polite and courteous behavior toward us was an excellent point that helped compensate for these shortcomings. Also, the location was very convenient, as it was close to Daiso, a bus stop, and a train station.

Odanın içinde mikrodalga yok ama lobi alanında var ve otomattan su, kahve ve çay alabilirsiniz. Ayrıca bir çamaşırhaneleri de var, bu yüzden fazla kıyafet getiremiyorsunuz. Benim için tek olumsuz yanı, giriş saatinin 16:00 ve çıkış saatinin 10:00 olması, bu yüzden zamanlamanızı ayarlamanız ve yönetmeniz daha iyi. Çok erken varırsanız, valizlerinizi resepsiyon alanına bırakabilirsiniz. Şimdiye kadar kaldığım süre boyunca rahat, huzurlu ve dinlendirici bir uyku çektim. Temizlik hiç sorun olmadı. Tekrar burada kalmayı dört gözle bekliyorum.

Bu otel, Haeundae İstasyonu'nun 5 veya 7 numaralı çıkışlarının hemen yanında, güzel bir Haeundae semtinde yer almaktadır. Odalar geniştir; oturma odası, mutfak ve çamaşır deterjanlı çamaşır makinesi mevcuttur. Hem oturma odası hem de odaların denize bakan terasları vardır. Alt katta birçok restoran var ve Lee's Fried Chicken'ı şiddetle tavsiye ederim; orijinal kızarmış tavuk inanılmaz lezzetli. Busan'ı tekrar ziyaret ettiğimde kesinlikle bu otelde kalacağım.

In terms of value for money, the hotel is decent. The interior is pleasant and modern; it seems new, but it is no longer perfectly clean. In my room, for example, the toilet seat cover was taped with duct tape, there were splashes on the walls in some places, and stains on the ceiling. However, the rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed every day, and if you ask not to be disturbed, they leave everything you need in a basket outside your room. The hotel is very conveniently located for a short visit to Busan (up to 3-4 days), close to the train station and between the main attractions (it takes about the same amount of time to get to each direction). The trains were not audible in the room, and overall the hotel is quite quiet. I had a spacious room where I could open my suitcase normally, but there was still not enough storage space (at least more hangers for clothes are needed). There are also no cutlery in the room, which is a minus. There is a clothes styler - something like a steaming closet, which turned out to be convenient, as I didn't need an iron. The pool area is relaxing, you can take beautiful photos, and the water is warm. I didn't like the breakfasts. On weekdays, they are served à la carte, the selection is modest, and the coffee is not tasty. There are many coffee shops and cafes around the hotel, so it's better to go there. I was very surprised that upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100,000 won (or a card). In 10 years of active travel, I have never encountered this anywhere in hotels especially without notification.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and clean room. Loved the balcony and bathtub. Would have liked local food options for breakfast and stronger coffee, but overall, ver enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Konumu elverişlidir. Haeundae Yüzme Plajı'na 5 dakikada, otelin diğer tarafındaki hareketli ticari caddeye ise 7 veya 8 dakikada yürüyebilirsiniz. Deluxe deniz manzaralı oda rezervasyonu yaptım. Oda geniş ve güzeldir (banyo dahil). Üç taraftaki büyük pencerelerden farklı deniz manzaralarını görebilirsiniz.

Konumu harika. Aşağı indikten sonra sola dönüp doğruca Haeundae Plajı'na yürüyün. Ayrıca alt katta her türlü lezzetli yemek seçeneği var! Kahvaltı da güzel. Restoranda sevimli ve kibar bir Güneydoğu Asyalı kız var. Ancak oda temizliği gerçekten kötü. Banyodaki şampuan şişesinden sarı bir şey çıktı, yatak takımlarında sarı lekeler vardı ve balkon hiç temizlenmedi. Çıplak ayakla yürümeyi seviyorsanız balkondan uzak durun!

호텔이 예쁘고 아늑했습니다. 주위에 뭐가 없어서.. (그래도 식당 카페 편의점이 바로 앞에 몇 개 있긴합니다) 차가 있다면 더욱 방문하기 수월할 것 같네요. 노천탕은 끝내줍니다. 따뜻한 물도 바로 나오고, 무엇보다 공간이 넓어요. 매우 추천합니다.
