"Otel genel olarak iyiydi. Odalar yeterince büyüktü, temizdi ve olanaklar boldu. Bagaj yardımı takdir edilebilirdi; ancak personel resepsiyonun arkasında durup mücadelenizi izliyordu. Kahvaltı mekanındaki personel dost canlısı değildi; yazık çünkü hepsi çok güzeldi ve bir gülümseme ve selamlama kesinlikle takdir edilirdi."

"Right across from the cable car station to Songdo Sky Park. The room was nice and clean, with a great view on the balcony. The only thing is to make sure you message the property early for check-in information if you do not have a Korean phone number (since there is no front desk and I don’t think they can text foreign phone numbers), and ask for towels for the room (which are free of charge but do not come in the room by default)."

"A staff in the reception was kind and helpful though but the cleaning staffs were not following the standard of guest service. We left few things in the refrigerator and checked out, then we realized that we’ve missed the things in the room. We called and asked for the receptionist if it is found however it never returned back as we were informed that the cleaning staffs could not find it (whilst thanking to the receptionist for reminder call since we’ve requested for searching out). Except this, overall it is good enough considering to the price. Just few meter behind of the beach and few meters closed to the train station (blueline tour train)."

"I love everything else but where it’s located is in the mountain and it has only 2 road that reaches the hotel not to mention that it’s really dark and scary road at that. One of them is really narrow dark that you can’t see thing very well specially the road, it’s surrounded by trees and farm ground which has dogs. I was really scared to go over there so i just took a taxi. Even looking for taxi is troublesome."

"The hotel is fine and conveniently located. My own observation is that in all the time I lived and then came to visit in Haeundae, I've never had the problem of salty tasting running water, unlike here. In the long run, this kind of bath can have negative consequences for the skin."

"love this hotel! the view is spectacular. it's walking distance to songjeong beach - a suburb with just enough of cafes and restaurants around, and reserves the peacefulness and quietness around the ocean. perfect for a getaway from the busy city."

"The room as per pictures shown in the website. We got a view of harbour. Opposite Connect Busan Hotel, nearby Lotte Mall. The hotel surrounding is nice, walking distance to BIFF shopping streets, cafes & restaurants. Location wise is good; easy for uber to pickup us. And nearby public transport areas. The room also comfortable. The toilet is separated into two, just nice for the 3 of us. Got hairdryer & complementary tea & coffee. Overall, worth every penny. And I’ll repeat to stay here again."

"Fantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes. Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life. Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better."

"Великолепные условия для проживания! Рекомендую к проживанию. Наш номер был с видом на море. Две двухспальные кровати. Постель и белье были отличными. В номере был большой холодильник, плита и стиральная машина. Много шкафов. Большой телевизор. Посуда. Набор зубных щеток. Паста. Шампунь, гель для душа , кондиционер для волос и крем для тела имели приятный аромат. Каждый день нам пополняли запасы воды и уносили мусор (мы оставляли его за дверью). Чего не хватило: кастрюли, напольной сушилки. По месторасположению: от метро 100 м. Очень удобно на метро добираться до ж/д вокзала 4 остановки."
