"Otellerin ses geçirmez olması pek sık rastlanan bir durum değil ama bu gerçekten harika! En fazla, üst katta ara sıra ayak sesleri var! CP değeri son derece yüksektir. Haeundae Çıkış 3'e 3 dakikalık ve Haeundae Plajı'na 3 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir! Biz 13. kattaydık, öndeki bina yüzünden biraz kapalı olmasına rağmen yine de her gün kalkıp denizi izleyebiliyorduk. Çok rahattı! Oda her gün düzenleniyor ve çok temiz. Temizlik personeli de çok cana yakın ve bagajlar saklanabiliyor! Kesinlikle tekrar ziyaret edeceğim bir otel olduğu söylenebilir :)"

Çok sakin bir mahalle olmasına rağmen yine de birçok güzel kafe mevcut, sadece burada helal yemek bulmak zor. Ama bunun dışında konaklamamızı çok sevdik ve kesinlikle Busan'ın göz ardı edilen bölgesi."

"Our stay at UH Continental was truly amazing. I couldn’t believe the hotel is even prettier in person than in the photos. My daughter absolutely loved the indoor spa, and what I appreciated most was the kids’ play area, it’s perfect for families traveling with little ones. The hotel is also just steps away from Haeundae Beach, which makes the location even more convenient. Everything smelled fresh and clean, and the bed was one of the comfiest we’ve experienced during our trip. What made our stay even more memorable was the manager, Hailey. She was the nicest person we met in Busan, 🥹 very cheerful, professional, and such a great conversationalist. She actually reminded me of Im Yoon‑ah from the K-drama King the Land—a warm and happy hotelier who makes guests feel genuinely welcome. Our experience here was truly memorable. ✨"

"Location of the hotel was directly opposite Haeundae Beach and it was quite accessible to many of the tourists attractions. We had a good view of the beach from our room although we found the position of the window to be abit awkward (our room had windows behind the beds and 1 window at the corner of the room) The bathroom was generously spacious with a bath tub, but not enough surface space to place your comesticsor toiletries (the only available space was by the bath tub, but you would risk getting them all wet) While the room was definitely smaller than what we expected, we still had a comfortable stay. Definitely not enough space to open luggages to unpack/pack if you're a group of more than 3 persons. Would consider to stay here again (but maybe at a different room)"

"The Hotel is close to Busan Station. Several Sights are fast to Reach. The room was big and comfortable. The only disappointment was the breakfast. It consisted of toast and some things to make a Sandwich. There were no fruit or Juice. Better go to a market and enjoy breakfast there."

"Great location! Haeundae Station is conveniently located right below the hotel, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable, with no issues. However, our experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. When we arrived around 11 a.m. to drop off our luggage, we were not greeted or welcomed. Instead, the first thing the staff (a trainee) said was, “Check-in is at 2 p.m.” I had to ask him to check if our room might be ready and even offered my booking receipt. He reluctantly checked and then simply pointed to an area where we were expected to leave and tag our own luggage. Another issue was the lift situation. During peak times, especially around 11 a.m., we waited almost 30 minutes just to get a lift to leave the hotel. With only two lifts serving such a high-rise building (from the 18th to 42nd floor), it was quite inconvenient. Overall, while the location and amenities are excellent, the front desk service and elevator capacity need serious improvement."

"I am very happy with my stay here. I loved having a bathtub to relax in and it was very convenient having a fridge to store drinks and snacks in. I liked the decor and was happy with the amount of space and storage space. The view was also wonderful. The location is good because you're in walking distance from the beach, restaurants, cafés and the Sky Train which is a major tourist attraction in Busan. I marked them down for location however because it is a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and a 20 minute walk to the nearest subway station, so it might not be convenient for some people who can't walk far but may want to visit other places in Busan."

"In terms of value for money, the hotel is decent. The interior is pleasant and modern; it seems new, but it is no longer perfectly clean. In my room, for example, the toilet seat cover was taped with duct tape, there were splashes on the walls in some places, and stains on the ceiling. However, the rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed every day, and if you ask not to be disturbed, they leave everything you need in a basket outside your room. The hotel is very conveniently located for a short visit to Busan (up to 3-4 days), close to the train station and between the main attractions (it takes about the same amount of time to get to each direction). The trains were not audible in the room, and overall the hotel is quite quiet. I had a spacious room where I could open my suitcase normally, but there was still not enough storage space (at least more hangers for clothes are needed). There are also no cutlery in the room, which is a minus. There is a clothes styler - something like a steaming closet, which turned out to be convenient, as I didn't need an iron. The pool area is relaxing, you can take beautiful photos, and the water is warm. I didn't like the breakfasts. On weekdays, they are served à la carte, the selection is modest, and the coffee is not tasty. There are many coffee shops and cafes around the hotel, so it's better to go there. I was very surprised that upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100,000 won (or a card). In 10 years of active travel, I have never encountered this anywhere in hotels especially without notification."
