One of the best stays ever, you will not be disappointed with the boutique feel of good old days, we actually made the trip to Busan just to stay here. Free Americanos were a nice touch and with the complimentary stationary to write memories and even send postcards to yourself. The rooms are incredibly well designed and felt luxurious large with warm wood accents.

We are family of three with 6 year old kid, stayed at NEWCZ Centum for 3 nights. Staffs are welcoming and offered us a free room upgrade to the room with nice view. Room is spacious, has separate dinning room and it has very interesting second level to kids to play or for the guest who prefer to sleep in Tatami style bed. Location is quite convenience, a few mins walk from train station and shopping mall (which has one of famous Jijimba for both tourists and locals - Spa Land Shinsegae. We enjoyed our stay, especially our little one who love to play hide and seek been very busy climbing upstairs and downstairs to Hide. Would love to stay here again if we visit to the same are next time.

Oda her zaman temiz. Duş tam istediğim gibi. Havlular sürekli değiştiriliyor. Saç kurutma makinesi kaliteli. Odanın içi aydınlık. Koridorlar da öyle, tek başına seyahat eden biri olarak kendimi güvende hissediyorum. Konum mükemmel. Yemek yerleri, metro istasyonu, tur buluşma noktaları yakın. Sabah koşusu yaptım. Akşam koşusu da yaptım. Sahil boyunca. Çünkü sadece 100 metre uzaklıkta. Aslında burada ikinci kez kalıyorum. Ve tekrar geleceğim.

숙소 자체는 아주 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 다만 위치가 좀 애매해서 문제인데 선선한 날씨라면 걷기 좋지만 한여름엔 금방 땀이 날 것 같아요. 차 있는 분들이 이용하기엔 더 없이 좋아요 :) 편의점은 근처에는 없으니 참고하시고 드라이기가 자주 멈추는데 그건 교체요청 하면 됩니다 ^^

The hotel room was really clean and spacious. It has everything you need to stay for a few days. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, plus only a 5 minute walk from the metro line 1. Having the ability to wash clothes was really nice, and there was a drying rack conveniently provided. Don't check in when travel-tired or hangry though, it's a high-tech check in process and a smart apartment that required translation if you don't speak/read Korean, and I did not have the patience required!

Aile gezilerimde hep Haeundae otellerinde kalırdım. Bu sefer Newsies Haeundae Residence'da kaldım!! Yeni inşa edilmiş, bu yüzden çok temiz ve bir otelden çok daha konforlu ve keyifli!! Yataklar temiz ve rahat. Kahve makinesi, kapsül kahve, kahve makinesi ve kaşık var. Harika. Ayrıca çamaşır makinesi de var ama elektriğin çalışmaması üzücü. Ayrıca bir veranda da var. Haeundae'ye ulaşım gerçekten çok kolay. Bundan sonra ailem Haeundae'ye seyahat ederken sadece Newsies'i kullanacak!!

Otellerin ses geçirmez olması pek sık rastlanan bir durum değil ama bu gerçekten harika! En fazla, üst katta ara sıra ayak sesleri var! CP değeri son derece yüksektir. Haeundae Çıkış 3'e 3 dakikalık ve Haeundae Plajı'na 3 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir! Biz 13. kattaydık, öndeki bina yüzünden biraz kapalı olmasına rağmen yine de her gün kalkıp denizi izleyebiliyorduk. Çok rahattı! Oda her gün düzenleniyor ve çok temiz. Temizlik personeli de çok cana yakın ve bagajlar saklanabiliyor! Kesinlikle tekrar ziyaret edeceğim bir otel olduğu söylenebilir :)

Booked the metro suite upon price drop at Trip. Com and it was very good for the price we've paid. Unit was spacious, fully equipped with large tv, washer dryer microwave, and even a Samsung styler. 2 queen beds and beddings are of good quality. Toilet and shower system were great too. Electrical kettle was provided. Cooking was not allowed unless requested. There was no cutleries or kitchen utensils provided. There was no view from this room generally except very little sea view from the balcony. On our first day bath towel was not provided and hv to ask from the reception. Orded food delivery via Baemin and food can be sent to doorstep. Location is near to Haeundae beach, but could be better as it is not central and close enough to the most lively area. Do not expect full hotel service except presence of the frontdesk (7am-10pm), and there was no in room housekeeping provided for the entire stay of 4 days. Hotel facilities was not opened too, pool was closed. Breakfast was not included and can pay for it and need to hv it at Kwangsu Hotel opppsite the building. Hotel staff was polite, response was prompt when we asked for help to fix the clogged toilet bowl, location was easy to be accessed by taxi via kakao or k-ride. Overall we had good sleep and pleasant stay, and it was well worth the price paid. Thank you.

I enjoyed my stay here at Griffin hotel. A modern cost effective hotel in the heart of everything. The accommodation is the integral part of any vacation so it has to come correct. This is an example of such. I will stay here over and over when I visit busan again. It’s new, modern, lively, quiet, serene, centre to everything and above all budget friendly. Compared to hotels around. You’ll get value for whatever you pay here. I got value for my money. So yes it’s a 10/5 🤩🤩🤩 I love the view from my room I cannot get over such luxury on a budget.!
