One of the best stays ever, you will not be disappointed with the boutique feel of good old days, we actually made the trip to Busan just to stay here. Free Americanos were a nice touch and with the complimentary stationary to write memories and even send postcards to yourself. The rooms are incredibly well designed and felt luxurious large with warm wood accents.

Oda her zaman temiz. Duş tam istediğim gibi. Havlular sürekli değiştiriliyor. Saç kurutma makinesi kaliteli. Odanın içi aydınlık. Koridorlar da öyle, tek başına seyahat eden biri olarak kendimi güvende hissediyorum. Konum mükemmel. Yemek yerleri, metro istasyonu, tur buluşma noktaları yakın. Sabah koşusu yaptım. Akşam koşusu da yaptım. Sahil boyunca. Çünkü sadece 100 metre uzaklıkta. Aslında burada ikinci kez kalıyorum. Ve tekrar geleceğim.

We are family of three with 6 year old kid, stayed at NEWCZ Centum for 3 nights. Staffs are welcoming and offered us a free room upgrade to the room with nice view. Room is spacious, has separate dinning room and it has very interesting second level to kids to play or for the guest who prefer to sleep in Tatami style bed. Location is quite convenience, a few mins walk from train station and shopping mall (which has one of famous Jijimba for both tourists and locals - Spa Land Shinsegae. We enjoyed our stay, especially our little one who love to play hide and seek been very busy climbing upstairs and downstairs to Hide. Would love to stay here again if we visit to the same are next time.

숙소 자체는 아주 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 다만 위치가 좀 애매해서 문제인데 선선한 날씨라면 걷기 좋지만 한여름엔 금방 땀이 날 것 같아요. 차 있는 분들이 이용하기엔 더 없이 좋아요 :) 편의점은 근처에는 없으니 참고하시고 드라이기가 자주 멈추는데 그건 교체요청 하면 됩니다 ^^

The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to the beach. There is a taxi stand right outside the hotel, so it's easy to go anywhere. I especially liked the body lotion from L'Occitane—it smelled wonderful. However, the laundry room has too few washing machines, and I had to wait in line for a long time. Breakfast: It was quite mediocre and didn't feel worth the price.

Nice hotel conveniently located in the city surrounded by lots of nice restaurants and cafes Opposite the hotel is a 3 storey high Daiso and walk down the street to the end (about 5mins walks) is the Haeundae Traditional Market that sells plenty of local delights. If you need to travel to another city bus, the Intercity Bus Terminal is just behind the hotel. It's about 3-5mins walk. The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a convenient store right below the hotel I will definitely stay at Ramada Encore if I visit Haeundae. Will stay more days at the hotel. As a seasoned traveler with a family of four, finding a hotel that perfectly balances comfort, space, and unbeatable location is the holy grail—and this hotel absolutely delivered! * Prime Location & Convenience The location alone earns five stars. Being situated right next to two large department stores meant last-minute shopping and easy meal access were never an issue. Plus, having a subway entrance so close made exploring the city incredibly straightforward, saving us precious time and energy (essential when traveling with kids!). * Spacious Rooms & Comfort We were immediately impressed by the size of the room. The spacious living area was a lifesaver, giving us all room to relax without being on top of each other. The comfortable bed deserves special mention—it ensured a great night's sleep for both the adults and the children. The provision of a washing machine and drying rack was a huge bonus for a longer trip. It allowed us to pack lighter and keep our clothes fresh, which is a big help for a family of four. * A Small Suggestion for Improvement My only minor critique, and one that I hope the management considers, is the availability of hairdryers. With four people needing to get ready in the morning, sharing just one hairdryer was quite the rush! It would be a significant enhancement to the guest experience if a hairdryer could be provided in every room or at least two for larger family suites. Overall Verdict Despite the minor hairdryer inconvenience, this hotel offers fantastic value and is perfectly suited for families or groups who prioritize space and location. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

Great to book this apartment hotel walkable to Haeunde Beach n night pedestrian market. Not much interaction with staff, but generally delivers the front desk job. Apartment is stove, laundry equipped but needs to buy washing detergent frm from desk, ideally bring your stuff if u intends to cook etc. Clean n new.. Hopefully standard is maintained.

we have booked deluxe with harbour view, view was fantastic. and that’s all. windows are dirty, motion sensor turns on during the night when you go to bathroom, very annoying, and small narrow window in bedroom is very strange. i can’t sleep with any light. we have asked to solve the problem, staff was very helpful. moreover main curtains are short. i couldn’t sleep well. pillows are not comfortable for us. for this price there isno toothpaste, toothbrush. towels are dirty.
