"Located in the middle of Patuxay and the night market and neither near 5-10min walk, the location is not that great. Very few restaurants. Better to stayed at a location near the night market for less walk and which provides more choices for a better experience. IMHO. Glad only stayed 2 nights. Besides that, staff is helpful. Need anything, they’ll help you. Breakfast is okay with 3 choices. Amenities on the first floor is also good. No need to go to the room. Rooms are clean. The experience was overall good."

Personel inanılmaz derecede güler yüzlü, misafirperver ve her zaman gülümseyerek yardımcı olmaya hazırdı. Girişten çıkışa kadar her şey sorunsuz ve verimliydi. Lily Hotel, Vientiane'ı keşfederek geçen bir günün ardından dinlenmek için mükemmel bir yer. Konfor, temizlik ve olağanüstü hizmet arayan herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederim!"

"Otelin fiyatı düşünüldüğünde her şey iyiydi ancak temizlik personeli çok gürültülüydü ve sabahın erken saatlerinde aşırı derecede rahatsız ediciydi. Buzdolabında mini bar fiyat listesi var ancak içinde sıfır ürün var. Kahvaltı fena değildi. Muhtemelen personelinize genel nezaket kurallarını öğretmelisiniz veya misafirler uyumaya çalışırken onlara sadece STFU demelisiniz. (Sabah 8: Koridorun diğer tarafındaki diğer temizlik personeline misafirlerin henüz odalarından çıkmadıklarını bağırmak hiç hoş değil)"

"We had a wonderful stay at Riverside Hotel in Vientiane and highly recommend it to other couples or travelers. The staff were extremely helpful and polite throughout our visit, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was modern, spotless, and beautifully lit, with great amenities including free Netflix and YouTube, and a stylish washroom with excellent water pressure. The breakfast each morning was satisfying, offering both Western and Asian options along with delicious coffee. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Mekong River, the night market, and a variety of shops and restaurants."

"For me. This Hotel everything are good except for 1 thing about breakfast. If they can offer their guest the egg breakfast as Omelette or Fry eggs. It will be perfect. Just another thing about shower thing. I mean their place for the shower are a little to small for all of their rooms except for the room that has the highest price. For everything else they are very excellent, their staff their facilities..... are very best."

"Excellent facility, and great staff. The front desk was efficient and helpful. Large room was very clean and modern, comfortable bed, and very quiet 8th floor room, good air conditioning with quiet fan. Delicious buffet breakfast with omelette to order. Great coffee. Walk to Vientiane Wattay Airport in 9 minutes."

"I have to admit that it's near perfect. It looks brand new and airport shuttle bus stop just across the road. The management staff are helpful in providing informations. Of course there are room for improvement, e.g. to instal mosquito killer lamp in the lounge (so many mosquitoes in early evenings), to play light music in the waiting area as well as the lounge (it creates a cosy mood), to place bathroom mat outside the shower room (wet feet make slippery floor). To place a master map (obtainable from the Tourist Information near the Morning Market) in the waiting area so travellers would be able to check out before going out. Perhaps to prepare a file of different eateries/cuisines (Vegan, vegetarian, Chinese, Korean, Thai/Singapore/Malaysian, French/Italian/German etc). They have also prepared a ***** new year eve hotpot party for everyone. It was fun and the food was interesting (why I said so because it's a typical Chinese family meal.)"
