"Sabah 11 civarında vardık, hemen giriş yapmadılar, bir saat sonra dediler ama bize smoothie getirip havuz için havlu verdiler. Yönetici (adını unuttum) çok nazik ve güler yüzlüydü ve genel olarak otelde kaldığımız süre boyunca yardımsever davrandı, otele göz kulak olduğu belli. Manzara harika. Oda temiz, ihtiyacınız olan her şey var. Kahvaltı açık büfe, çok fazla seçenek yok ama her şey lezzetli. Ella'nın merkezine tren rayları üzerinden yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz, çok yakın. Tam 5 dakika. Otelden memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederiz."

"Отель подойдёт тем, кто планирует целыми дня отсутствовать, посещая достопримечательности Эллы и возвращаясь сразу ложиться спать. Я брал обычный номер (кровать, небольшой «стол», стул, тумбочка, душ/туалет. Для меня комната очень маленькая и в кровать я не вмещался (рост 190см).
Но мне очень понравилось гостеприимство хозяина отеля и его друга, они очень дружелюбные и старались создать максимальный комфорт! Есть просторная веранда на первом этаже, где можно скоротать вечер или поработать в ноутбуке. Завтраки вкусные и сбалансированные, что мне тоже очень понравилось, также несколько раз ужинал здесь же - всё понравилось, вкусно!"

"Great hotel, with unbeatable view of Ella rock on the balcony. However the room did not have universal plug sockets, the hotel provided a hairdryer but did not fit the plug socket. It is also very difficult to get to with suitcases. Fine if you’re backpacking, but carrying suitcases up the massive hill is very difficult. Perhaps the hotel should look into purchasing their own tuktuk to ferry customers up and down the hill. Not everyone is a backpacker!"

"Bu sabah Houghton Park'ta 5 saat yürüyüş yaptık, ardından trenle Ella'ya gittik. Otele vardığımızda elektrik kesintisi olduğunu söylediler. Bayılacak gibi hissettim. Yakınlarda başka bir otel bulmaya çalıştım ama neredeyse hepsi doluydu. Tam tereddüt ederken elektrik geldi. Ella'daki bu otel oldukça iyi. Odalar geniş ve aileler için uygun. Kahvaltı çatı katındaki balkonda servis ediliyordu, o da güzeldi. Sabah Dokuz Kemerli Köprü'ye gitmek de kolaydı."

We had an **absolutely wonderful** experience at Alta Vista, thanks to the **exceptional hospitality** of **Nandan and his team**. The **spacious, well-equipped rooms** (with both fans and AC) provided a **comfortable and relaxing retreat**.
The **breakfast was a highlight** – a **delicious, wide spread** that set the perfect tone for our days. The **prime location** was unbeatable – just a **2-minute walk to the main city center**, with easy access to **trending restaurants and vibrant spots**.
What truly made our stay special was the **attentive service and warm atmosphere**. **Great food, fantastic service, and genuinely caring staff** – we couldn’t have asked for more!

"Very good place to stay with awesome views. The staff took great care off us. Only downside to gaving good views the location is quite far from the city centre. So pick me and uber drivers won't take any rides since the app prices are way cheaper so no choice but to pay tourist fares. Room as an electric fan but AC would have been nice."
