"Good quality hotel with good breakfast. Nothing need to big improvement and only the toilet door is big interesting,,, experience yourself."

"Temiz ve iyi bir konaklamaydı ve fiyatına göre iyiydi. Oda küçük ve düzenliydi, banyo temizdi, genel olarak oldukça hoş ve modern bir tarza sahipti, belirgin beton duvar kaplaması vardı (bana sorarsanız harika ve beklenmedik). Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, tek sorun odanın asansörün hemen önünde olması ve gürültülü olmasıydı. Sabahın erken saatlerinde balkonda yiyecek arayan maymunlar oluyor, bu yüzden kapıyı açık bırakmamak daha iyi."

"Месторасположение отличное, вилла находится в достаточно дорогом районе на холме, единственный минус - тяжело добираться пешком, крутая горка. Персонал очень дружелюбный и вежливый, все показали, рассказали, хозяин был на связи. В конце даже проводили до автобусной остановки и показали отличный вид с крыши дома. К номеру тоже никаких вопросов, свет и горячая вода были, единственное - слабый WiFi непосредственно в номере, но это мелочь"

"立地とホスピタリティが最高です！ シャワーも50℃位までお湯出ると思います。 コンセントも全世界対応でベッドの両端に一つづつ用意されてました。 歯ブラシはないですが、冷蔵庫、ドライヤーはあるので申し分ないです。 少し窓が汚れて白っぽかったのと独特な匂いがありますが、両方すぐ慣れます。 ただ、入口が22:00で施錠されるので気をつけてください。横に呼鈴があるので押せば開けてもらえますが、時間にもよると思います。夜遅くまでの外出には注意です。"

"We booked a room with a view and it certainly delivered. We had a spacious balcony and could see so much, happily have sat outside for hours and luckily even the sunrise was watchable. Service was really good and staff were extremely helpful. Room was very spacious, bath was amazing and also came with the view. Other facilities we made the most of included the infinity pool, which again came with the view. It was difficult getting to the hotel but that’s what you expect when it’s on a mountain. We would stay again!"

"wonderful stay at Debom Rest! clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. staff friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt welcomed throughout our stay. had dinner at hotel restaurant, avocado drink was awesome! food was another highlight – fresh, flavorful, and with a good variety of both local and international dishes. breakfast was ok only though. overall will recommend for anyone visiting Kandy – we would definitely stay here again!"

"Nice hotel with a great view over the river. Some of the furniture in the rooms are a bit dated and could do with some DIY. The room lighting could be improved and the odour inside the washroom should be better managed. Beds were comfy, rooms were very spacious and the facilities in the hotel were good. Food was tasty and had a wide variety."

"A hotel with a magnificent view. It is really hard to find such a view. Especially the view from the top bar floor is extraordinary. The rooms could be cleaned more meticulously. It is not dirty but it could be cleaned more meticulously. The breakfast was average, the dinner menu was not very extensive, at least in the bar section. The welcome in the lobby was respectful and smiling. We were offered hot towels and fruit juice as soon as we arrived. The hotel is on the slope of a hill but I think the lack of a link bus service to the city center is a shortcoming."

"Staff were friendly, caring and helpful. Especially, Ashan, who was attentive and went out of his way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Fresh towels given each day and rooms cleaned daily. Room included the following amenities, free wifi, toiletries, safe, air conditioning, complementary bottled water. Hotel in a convenient location; 15 minutes from Kandy railway station. Nearby attractions include Kandy Lake (5 minutes -walking distance) and The temple of the sacred Tooth Relic (10 minutes -walking distance)"

"The hotel hasn't done any maintenance in the rooms in years. Our room smelled like mold, and humidity. The shower kept changing temperature, sign of a bad water heater, and had sewage smell coming from the drainage. On our first night, the light switch in the bathroom started smoking and doing sparks everywhere - if we hadn't been there to call the reception right away, it would have been a severe fire hazard. The location is quite good as it is right on the lake, and Is a nice walk in the morning. The cleaners woke us up at 6.30 AM because they were slamming doors and screaming. I think this hotel is a 3star and not 4"
