"На острове не первый раз, в этот приезд прожили в гостинице 4 дня. Жили первый раз и всем остались довольны. Номера свежие (но на территории есть старый фонд), недавно после ремонта. Чисто, все аккуратно. Снимали семейный номер (виллу), всё очень понравилось. Спокойно можно вчетвером разместиться, несмотря на описание (в описании 3 чел). Гостиница на первой линии, 1 минута от номера до пляжа. Завтраки обычные, голодными не останетесь). Персонал дружелюбный."

"The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the tuk tuk stop. Nearby there are markets, a lively street with cafes and bars, a market. The room is small, but cosy. There was no hot water in my room, but the problem was solved with the help of the staff, but the strangeness is that there is a large bathtub in the room, it was filled with water very slowly for about 1 hour and only with hot water, cold water was only in the shower and on the sink for washing, it's inconvenient. The staff is not very friendly, the waiters on the beach insistently ask for a tip. In the evening, a magnificent fire show takes place on the territory of the hotel and the beach."

"Been to Samed Cabana on numerous occasions and really can't beat the Beachfront cabanas. However it's really disappointing and irritating to meet an unfriendly staff at the lobby. Poor service skills and definitely not the Thai way to greet guests. Hotel needs to seriously consider changing the front office manager. All the other staff are great except for one dinner where I had given them food to warm (food for my kids) and they served it to another guests! And I can speak Thai! Absolutely ridiculous. Shall return provided front office goes through a hospitality course."

"Kendine ait küçük bir plajı vardır ve su kalitesi oldukça iyidir. Otelin içi biraz Çin'deki ünlü bir oteli andırıyor ama çevre ve manzara çok güzel. Kahvaltı çeşitleri pek zengin değil ama genelde yemek için ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut, makarnaların tadı da çok lezzetli. Ne yazık ki son gün geç uyandım ve yemek yiyemedim. Personel çok dost canlısı ve burayı seviyorum!"

"Great place on.the water front. The room was a great size. The only thing that let it down was the bathroom and shower really needs attention. Also if you are a light sleeper the A/C unit is very noisy. Very central and easy going stay"

"Very nice service! The staff was so nice, helpful and freindly. They upgrade our room the beachfront room. I would recommend this place to people who like peaceful trip and enjoy privacy."

"This resort is pretty perfect for families or people not wanting to party every night. I stayed here with my elderly parents, and I don't really have anything bad to say about it. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk on the beach to the more busy part in one direction, and a few minutes the other direction to some of the more nightclub places. This resort is nestled in-between those two noisy places and you can't hear the sound of the music if you want to sleep early. This is why I would rate this place as 10/10. Something to note is that the walk to the rooms is up a hill, so if you don't like walking then maybe it's not for you. For the price, I don't think you can do better than this place."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel! As a couple, we found it to be the perfect getaway. The hotel is really nice—everything was clean and well-maintained. Our room was comfortable and spotless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from both the town and the beach, making it easy to explore. Plus, there’s a scooter rental nearby, which was great for getting around quickly and easily. Overall, everything was great, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"Our Favorite Island Escape! This was our fifth stay at Vangduen Hotel, and we already can’t wait to come back! It’s the kind of place that never disappoints. In fact, the only sad part is packing up to leave. The location is perfect—tucked away on the quiet side of the island, offering so much peace and natural beauty. The clear, calm water and the soft white sand (honestly, it feels like flour!) make it the perfect spot to relax. Even though it’s peaceful, there’s still plenty to do. There’s a great selection of restaurants, a small shop for anything you might need, and a fun fire show in the evenings. The hotel itself is spotless, well-equipped, and super comfortable. The staff are amazing—so friendly and always happy to help with anything you need. It’s those little things that make each stay so special. We’d recommend this place 100%. In fact, we’ve already booked our next trip in two weeks! Vangduen Hotel really is a gem, and we feel lucky to have found it."
