The building and the room is a bit dated, but for the low room rate it's quite ok, my fan room was clean and comfortable, and the location is central...it was an easy walk from the railway station, there are plenty of food options nearby, and there's a big mall within walking distance as well

Stayed here overnight while passing through Korat, because of its location (close to The Mall). Friendly staff. Took a ”VIP” room which was actually like a studio: 2 spacious rooms, incl kitchenette (halogen stove + microwave), big cooler, 2 airco”s. Clean & everything in good working order. Enough power plugs + small bedlamps. Only odd thing is that the shower/bath is next to the bedroom, while the toilet can only be reached through the ”living room”. Ample parking in front of the hotel. 2 minutes walk gets you in The Mall. Very good deal.

This is an interesting property as it is obviously quite old and typical of budget hotels found in city centers. Don't let the facade and funky reception area put you off as it is really a perfectly good budget hotel and perfectly fine for a night's stay. Its also conveniently located in the city center not too far from the bus station. If self-driving, there is ample parking in the rear of the building, although this is not obvious looking at the narrow entranceway. Although my room was small and dated it was actually very clean and comfortable. The hot water, air-conditioning, and refrigerator worked perfectly. The bedding, linen, and towels were good enough. Oddly enough, I found the room to be very cozy, a term I rarely use, and felt very comfortable. I suppose you could say it has a certain (urban) ”old world charm”. At a walk-in rate of 500 THB, I am tempted to give it four out of five on the TripAdvisor scale, but that might be a bit of a stretch. I would stay here again for sure.

Newly renovated room, convenient transportation, near the old bus station, near Yamo, convenient to find food. But stuck at nine o'clock in the morning, the maid opens the room to clean. No knocking in the room first. In addition, there is no U lock in the room, if there is a good thing, it will feel safer. I want to train a housekeeper.

The hotel is in the middle of the city, very good location, spacious rooms, inexpensive prices, complete facilities. The hotel food is delicious and inexpensive. Breakfast has a variety of choices. It was my first time to stay in a family hotel like this. This time I was passing through and staying for one night. I was told online that the hotel has a parking lot. However, when I arrived, I found out that the hotel was just like a hotel in an alley. There was no fixed parking spot, so I had to park across the street from the provincial capital. The entrance to the auditorium is packed with people, so grab some light! The room is clean and tidy, the furniture is relatively new, small soap, shampoo and shower gel are provided, and no deposit is required.

มมะม่วง พริกหยวกIf talking about Korat The most interesting school is probably Leo Seo. Economical price, worth the money paid, good location next to the road, convenient travel, lots of parking. The lobby is open 24 hours a day. Check-in takes just a moment. As for the room, it's clean, the bed is soft, it smells clean, the room is very spacious, there's a hair dryer, a safe, complete toiletries, and coffee, but we're not coffee drinkers. I would like to propose that there should be options for customers who don't drink coffee, such as brewed tea or Ovaltine.
And another advantage is that the school has a kitchen, whether ordered with breakfast. Or you can order food separately. There is a delivery service to the room at a moderate price. Got a lot of good tasting food.

Aapiii phLocated next to the main road, easy to find, good service staff, everything is good. It may be difficult to find food near the resort. But the accommodation also has food services. You can call and order and have it delivered to your room. It's delicious too. The air conditioner in the room is very cool. The water in the bathroom is the strongest. There is warm water. Overall, it's good. If I come again, I will definitely come to stay again.

SSeattleBasedVagabondAfter touring the Kwanruen PARK, we decided to stay at the Kwanruen RESORT. The PARK has a great lobby, but needs some serious work in the rooms and hallways (e.g. replace the carpet, etc.) The RESORT had connecting rooms that are sold together on *********** as a ”Family Room”. It was just what we needed and was good enough for our one-night stay. The beds are a bit softer than many hotel beds in Thailand (though still fairly hard), so just workable for this big farang. The Resort was reasonably priced...and the more we got to know the place, we understood why. The walls are thin, and the doors couldn't keep out a fly, but we had no issues with noise or safety. The included breakfast buffet was good enough, though I doubt we would have returned to it a second morning. Among the various hotels we visited in Nakhom Ratchasima, this one was the best.

JJ4939HJmichaelpThis is an interesting property as it is obviously quite old and typical of budget hotels found in city centers. Don't let the facade and funky reception area put you off as it is really a perfectly good budget hotel and perfectly fine for a night's stay. Its also conveniently located in the city center not too far from the bus station. If self-driving, there is ample parking in the rear of the building, although this is not obvious looking at the narrow entranceway. Although my room was small and dated it was actually very clean and comfortable. The hot water, air-conditioning, and refrigerator worked perfectly. The bedding, linen, and towels were good enough. Oddly enough, I found the room to be very cozy, a term I rarely use, and felt very comfortable. I suppose you could say it has a certain (urban) ”old world charm”. At a walk-in rate of 500 THB, I am tempted to give it four out of five on the TripAdvisor scale, but that might be a bit of a stretch. I would stay here again for sure.

HHotelJumper“I found THAMM Residence to be disappointing when compared to other budget hotels in Korat. The TV didn’t function, and the bathroom showed signs of age with stains, particularly on the restroom mirror, sink, and toilet grout. The only redeeming qualities were the spaciousness of the room and the large windows that allowed plenty of natural light. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.
