"A good place to live, little bit outside of town. Can be good to have a motorbike. But it is nice and quiet at this place. Polite and helpful staff. Nice rooms✨ though did smell abit musty in their simplest bungalows. They have breakfast in the morning. And is a safe haven for some nice cats living there. I very much enjoyed my stay✨"

"99% perfect: The hotel is well located next to the river and we were lucky to have a bungalow direct on the river. The breakfast is great and have more than everything, also have some change from day to day, so can try something new daily and it's located on the riverside which is perfect in the morning. The manager Mike has a high hospitality knowleadge and share good vibes at all occasions. We would have loved to stay longer but is was sad that the hotel doesn't make any offer for longer stay. We will come back. 1% negatif: The other rooms were noisy even from outside. All the bathtubs from all the bungalows on the riverside are out of service which is really shame. The hot spring water swimmingpool is open to outsider until 7pm so it busy and noisy all day, however after that it is quiet (except twice while a couple with their very little kid stay until 11pm playing in the water). Our room was a bit cold at night (beginning of january) and all kind of insects came in the room."

"Clean, peaceful and quiet. I love the mini-garden feel of the place. Basic toiletries and water were provided. I just wish that the electric sockets were closer to the bed. My room had a mini-fridge too. The place is very close to the walking street and other places of interests. The staff were nice and friendly."

"This hotel is located near many tourist attractions, including Pai Walking Street, Santichon Village, and Yun Lai. The breakfast is tasty and fresh. However, I found a water leak in the bathroom that was not fixed by the hotel, and it caused dirt on the floor. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, except for some, particularly the receptionist. Still, for those people who are allergic to insects, you have to be careful and prepare insect repellent spray yourself. There was something biting us on the bed. Overall, I rate this hotel 8 out of 10 for its great views, perfect location, excellent facilities, delicious breakfast, and lovely staff. Two points are deducted due to the bathroom leak and the receptionist's lack of a service-minded attitude. T_T I still recommend this hotel to you. The few negative aspects can be overlooked when compared to the many great experiences I had. Cheers!"
