The hotel is in a quiet part of Isparta with easy parking available. The hotel is clean and check-in staff were efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. However, two very big drawbacks to what would have otherwise been a pleasant stay: Firstly, other guest noise (especially slamming of doors) until the early hours was very high, and it revealed that the rooms are not at all soundproof. Secondly, and more directly the hotel's responsibilty, was the fact that the room was so incredibly hot - and the air conditioning system did not allow us to turn on cool air (despite this being May). We therefore had to sleep with the balcony door open (but it would only open a small amount) and so we did not have a restful night at all. Breakfast the following morning was fine, but by no means spectacular by Turkish standards. Overall, our stay was a bit of a disappointing experience.

Antalyaya gitmek üzere yola çıkmışken bir gece rose teraphy butik otelde konakladık.. otelin beni en cezbeden kısmı temizliği oldu.. gece bebeğime mama yapmak için mutfağa indim ve inanılmaz hijyen ve temizdi bukadarını beklemiyordum.. acıkcası merak edip sordum kim ilgileniyor diye..Rüveyda hnm dediler.. kendisine ayrıca güler yüzü,ilgisi alakası içinde teşekkür ettim:)

A bit of a let down after all the great reviews.I did like the hotel, and really central, also staff very nice but, as all the cheaper hotels in Turkey now, do not do any cleaning of the rooms, until the guests leave, it is showing , hence my negative report of the Artan. My bathroom was pretty dirty, and the wal paper was hanging off the wall, and I wouldn't even touch it, because of the muck. I'm traveling round Turkey quite a bit since the covid finished, and this seems to have started since then, and been in a lot of places with no cleaning.Dont they realise that if they don't clean rooms every day the durt is going to settle in. I don't want my linen changed every day, just a clean room. I've had it in Antalya in two places, in Egirdir, and think they should say this in their site that no cleaning done. and I will know not to visit them.

After a dirty hotel in Antalya, had a lovely feeling, when I saw my room in the (Devin).Very modern, and spotlessly clean., and had a good feeling to start my exploration of Isparta.Delighted with where the hotel was situated, with a short walk to the centre.Although, not much English was spoken it was no problem, and the owner/manager, was very nice , and was able to help, re questions , so all in, a very nice visit to Isparta, and I omitted to mention, the great breakfast too. I shall visit again.

We actually had a reservation in another town at Hilton using points and the car broke down in Isparta. We were stranded and the repair shop was right next door. I walked in and asked for help in cancelling the other reservation at the very last minute and moving it here. Not likely at the last second. But they went so far out of their way to make it happen we were very grateful. Very nice rooms, nice breakfast and excellent location next to a mall. Next time we will stay here!

Great location for seeing the town centre, shops, restaurants and parks. Main road has shops that sell rose products as well as salon that advises on skin care with complimentary facial if you buy any products or ask for skin care advice. Also good for starting point to see the villages famous for growing damask rose which blooms May/ June The hotel has good breakfast and spa facilities. Not really five star standard but great location and hotel has own car park.
