I don't know Turkish uses and customs, so I find it hard to express an objective opinion. Among the positives is the central location of the structure, the tranquility, the courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. Among the critical points, breakfast is completely lacking in European foods, indeed for Italians it becomes a nightmare, lacking milk with a minimum of biscuits, croissants, pies and the like. Complicated even for Europeans as there is no type of cured meat. Lots of parsley, raw peppers and cheeses with local spices, Another critical issue is the language, in addition to the reception staff who spoke a little English, the rest of the staff only speaks Turkish, I only visited the SPA without going there, it seems equipped, but the pool is bigger than bathtub.

We have stayed at this hotel from 8/06/22 - 15/06/22. It was advertised as a 5* hotel on the website where we booked our holiday and a 4* hotel on different websites, but in reality it is more like a 3* hotel . The room was big enough, cleaned but “old”; we went for the large one which i think it means 1st floor where you have a bigger balcony and possibly a slightly bigger room . • The room was ok ! Swimming pools … spot on ! Water was crystal clear, they were cleaning them every evening and morning before 7 . Pools timetable 7-19, i do advise you to get up early and throw some towels on the sun loungers you prefer before breakfast . • All ok here ! Breakfast starts at 7:30 until 10:30 for late breakfast ( after 9:30 there is little food left ) . Now if you’re looking for English breakfast you’re in the wrong hotel, i am not fussy about food so i have tried everything they served . There is a big selection of food cereals, jam, cheese, salads, yoghurts, boiled eggs, fried eggs, omelette, chips, roasted vegetables, pancakes, soups, cakes, etc. obviously no bacon . Lunch starts at 12:30 until 14:00. Again a huge selection of food, it’s honestly impossible not to find something that you would like. And again the same with dinner 19:00-21:00. • So overall food was ok ! Private beach it’s 7-10 minutes walking where you have a bar that opens at 10:00 until 17:00 and they serve beer, wine r and w, water, coffee and pineapple juice, cherry juice, apple juice . The beach itself needs a bit of cleaning .. if you look on the next private beach you could see that nice fine sand and you could tell they taking care of it ( 5* hotel private beach ). Here you have a bit of sand (where the sun loungers are) mixed with rocks and bits of rubbish and then towards the sea it’s just rocks so i do recommend you wear beach socks. • Not so good ! Bar at the hotel opens at 10:00 until 23:30. If you have all inclusive, they serve beer, wine r and w, rum, whiskey, vodka, tequila, gin, different cocktails, etc. they are all local drinks so don’t expect to much. I’ve tried them all and if a normal whiskey has 35% - 40%vol alc, here 20%-25% .. if that . • Again not so good but i guess with the low alcohol volume you get more liquids into your body 😂 There is a club until 2:30 with loud music which it was great for me as i like music ( although it’s pretty much the same music every night) but maybe you may find it disturbing. There’s also an amphitheatre with kids entertainment from 21:00 and adult entertainment from 22:00 .. in english, turkish and russian. Now the worst thing for me as an early person ( 5:30-6:00 ) was the lack of coffee.. there is nowhere you can get a coffee until the restaurant opens at 7:30. No kettle in your room also. Wifi is very slow and extra charge 15 euro or 15 dollars for 7 nights, chose dollars ( yes there is a choice 😂 ) All prices around Side and Manavgat are in euro .. very expensive for Turkey, we went to Side and the price for a keba

The hotel was great, no doubt about it, however, as a person who also runs hotels, I noticed a few flaws that the average guest may or may not notice. The pool was dirty. The tiles around the pool had a build up of mold and dirt on them. Guests were throwing drinks into the pool and no one said anything to them despite the lifeguard watching them. The carpets by the rooms could use replacement. A small tip is that you probably shouldn't get white carpets for a hotel:) The reception staff did not speak English well at all, which is a big minus for a four star hotel. The employee who did the tattoos in the hotel was very rude and annoying. He couldn't understand that the customer was not interested in getting a tattoo and then started being rude and mocking the customer. The hotel collects money for the cats outside the entrance, but the cats have no food or fresh water. They have moldy sausages from breakfast and ants in their bowls. Then that's what you collect money from people for? For yourself? Otherwise, the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean despite the lack of air conditioning in the bathroom I found no major mold. The bed was always clean. Housekeeping was great and nice. The staff at the bar were most friendly. A small tip - staff should definitely not dine with guests at the same time and in the same room, despite being managers. Not very professional :)

We broke up today. The hotel is very cute. The pool garden is very clean and tidy. It's a peaceful environment. The breakfast is sufficient. Dinner could have been a little better in taste. But we were satisfied in terms of price performance. We stayed in a 1+1 room as a family. It was good in general. Air conditioner fridge was working. I can say that the WiFi connection was the best in the 5 star hotels I've ever stayed in. It was full even at the poolside. There were minor shortcomings, but it was very nice that they provided instant solutions to the problems with a phone call and completed the deficiencies. That's what counts anyway. All employees were very kind and interested. Mrs. elif and Mr. Furkan were rushing for the satisfaction of the guests. Special thanks to all of them. Some comments are very cruel. I guess they want to get 5 star hotel service and comfort for this money. Interesting.. we left satisfied. If we come to Side again, it is a place we will choose. It was a 2 year business. My lovely girlfriend and I, spend a week in the hotel and we only have our warmest recommandations to share. Nice rooms for the Price. Amazing garden and poolarea, but most importantly and amazing and serviceminded staff! Arrived at night without water or anything. The owner was there to welcome us and immediately stepped up as host for the week. Opened up the bar to get us water and a Well deserved travel beer ☺️ All week, we have only met smiling and friendly faces. Always on their toes to help. Owner speaks Norwegian - we are from Denmark - Nice for those of us to whom its an advantage. Free transport to a really Nice Beach and beachclub. We loved it! Best from Alice & Kenny

Not for us unfortunately!! Having read the reviews we were excited to get to this hotel. Unfortunately we did not have the best stay. We went there with our family and friends and when we arrived in the forst day, they sepparated us into 3 different buildings even though we were a group, and even though we came with our parents, who didn't speak english and who were supposed to help us with the cildren.The front desk person said that this is a matter they won't discuss, and we have to accept what rooms we received. The room was not what we expected for the money we paid for.When we entered, we could feel a bad smell.The storage amenities were not enough for a family with 4 members.In the bathroom, which was really small, and the fixtures were old and used, there was no storage for you to place cosmetics and different things you use in the bathroom. The lighting fixtures were not enough, in the room, in the evening was kind of dark. On the terrace, the furniture was old and used.Moreover, no one told us that at 4 in the morning the sprinklers will turn on and wet all our towels that were pkaced outside to dry.Not to say that the nouse of the water on our door woke us up ( sprinklers were not placed correctly and the water reached our door, not the grass). The air conditioning was also damaged as it dripped on the floor, in the room but also in the restaurant on the table we ate. We asked for a baby crib for our 2 year old and we received one with stains, tairs..etc with a matress that wasn't fitting the bed, that we had to ask someone to change. The entertainment is good in the day but at night unless you want to sit on hard stone slabs in an outdoor theatre then do not book here. We are disappointed and we will not return here.
