The facilities are old, but clean and convenient for eating out. There are many business districts around, various cuisines, and you can walk or drive. Overall, it is very cost-effective and recommended

這個酒店超級好，價格低，環境好的不要不要的，附近有跑步的公園，去大超市不是很遠，房間有可以做餐的地方，服務超級棒，前台的中年女，熱情大方，笑容燦爛，還有幾次不知道使用電磁爐，他們耐心的到房間幫助，大廳就餐環境很nice，通透，大，在退房後，可以一直在大廳等朋友來，不是要趕往舊金山見朋友，我願意多住幾天，真心喜歡

Recommendation from a family member so I booked online, I arrived and I was met by the friendliest staff. Check in was great. Room was nice clean and easy to get to. Check out was just as easy. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town. Great location with restaurants, drug stores and other shops across the street and near by.

The accommodation is really good, but the breakfast is unchanged on the first floor, and then the deposit of 200 US dollars will be charged. If there is no problem with check-out, they said that they will return three to five days. The deposit is indeed a bit high. The accommodation is really good and comfortable.

I have lived here for a month, and later I found out that they clean every 7 days. Even if you go to the front desk and say that you are willing to pay for cleaning, they are really lazy, or because there is no KPI! In short, everything has to be in accordance with their hotel system, there is no room for negotiation!
In addition to cleaning, it is good! By the way, breakfast is relatively simple and average! But it is not bad.

1. The hotel is clean, quiet, free parking, with breakfast (milk, coffee, fruit, bread, yogurt), with outdoor swimming pool.
2. The location is good, 6 minutes drive to AVAlon pedestrian street (there are coffee shops, cinemas and clothing stores, etc., very elegant), 6 minutes drive to the very delicious Thai restaurant (nahm fine thai cuisine) (5310 windward parkway, suite C). 20 minutes drive to Zhonghua Supermarket, Chinese restaurants and other places.
3. I will choose this hotel next time,

The room environment is very good. It looks very nice. It's suitable for hanging out with friends. It's not far from the church. You don't have to get up too early to watch the sunrise. The surrounding environment is very good. I like it very much. There are many restaurants nearby.

GGuest UserWell, I was told by the concierge that was a 5-star hotel! Here is a list of the items that happened to me during my stay:
1. No toothbrush, no toothpaste
2. No slippers
3. No cotton swabs
4. They forgot to give me the breakfast voucher
5. I was served eggs and bacon which I didn’t order
In my opinion, this hotel could qualify for a 3-star rating, no more!

GGuest UserI left two coats in the room when I checked out，after 4 hours I call to hotel，hotel response that there was no coat in the room，I feel so disappointed that this is my first to live in hampton inn and first time lost things can not be found.I think I would not select hampton inn for my travel stop.

I know they can only provide a bagged breakfast due to COVID restrictions, but I hope the availability of a hot bar breakfast will return soon!

The room is large and clean, but the facilities are too old. The elevator button is broken

LLeahI extended my stay and was moved to a room that smelled like mold and the pillows ( bedding) did not smell fresh. I come here often and this is my first time experiencing this.

GGuest UserThe front desk of the hotel will pull down the roll gate at 11 o'clock and get off work. For people like us who are English three-legged cats, we are annoyed. Fortunately, a cleaner appeared. She was preparing to go home from work and helped make a phone call. After waiting for nearly half an hour, the front desk staff finally appeared. I booked the largest and most expensive room price, but the front desk said that there was only the last room, there was no room I booked, and we had no other choice at midnight. I was tired from the trip and went to bed, leaving a message for Trip.com customer service, but after Trip.com contacted, it was said that the room was correct... I left after two days of check-in, and I saw Trip.com asking me to take pictures of the room. I didn't have a photo, so I was fine. But think about the average hotel in the United States, in addition to sleeping, you can't expect any good feelings.
