"Overall had a good experience at this hotel. The location was perfect and close to tourist attractions, grocery stores (Trader Joe’s) and restaurants. Super convenient traveling with my mother who is older. I mostly felt safe with the exception of the last night which got a little rowdy around 3am outside. Hurt some fighting. Also in the 4 days I stayed they never came to clean my room for some reason but did quickly gave water, towels , etc upon request. Would recommend ."

"This place seemed pretty unique. Super good value, a nice room, basic interiors. It seemed like a no-nonsense kind of place with friendly staff and a fun little bar/restaurant next to the lobby. Highly recommended!"

"We really enjoyed the stay at the Allerton. The check-in/checkout was very easy. The 2nd floor bar and cafeteria was a great option for a late night drink. The only complaint was the size and speed of the elevators. It took a little too much time when checking out. Overall, a great experience!"

"I've never had such an experience before. In my whole life I barely give 2 stars feedback to property, honestly I just wanna give 1 star feedback but the residents are friendly and nice that why I add one more star for them. The location is really convenient, room setting is super clean and organization. However, the black old lady who works at front desk is really mean and rude, she tried to bully me when I was checking in. Her service attitude likes she's guest I'm staff, and I owed her money, too. After check in my mood is really down, so I can't get any reason is why I pay almost $400 a night come here to get treatment like that. If you come to check Chicago I won't recommend this hotel for, or if you like the hotel but don't come to check in around 11am-1pm on Saturday！"

"The hotel was very clean & the bed was super comfy! Check in was easy & they let us check in early which was very helpful. The door man at the bottom of the elevator seemed a little judge mental. We just wanted to go to the bar after attending the baseball game but he treated us like we weren't guests of the hotel, that was a little off putting but the bartender was wonderful!"

"Location is good with a beautiful view. Just a heads up bring your own slipper and dental kit and drinking water because they don’t have complimentary of such. Overall we had a great sleep and we enjoyed our stay."

"酒店位置一級棒，就在trump大廈正對面，芝加哥最中心的地方，酒店門口就是觀光bus站點，去ord機場地鐵站也近在咫尺，2.5刀即到機場，簡直不要太方便。沿河散步景色很美，河對岸是蘋果店，遊船碼頭。去千禧公園，華麗一英里，navy pier，芝加哥藝術博物館，大豆子，星巴克大樓，全球最大麥當勞等都是步行可達。樓下有兩家早餐店味道很好，走路幾分鐘有鼎鼎大名的深盆pizza。房間也不侷促。二樓的公共空間配有咖啡機，可以接熱水，各種咖啡口味也都不錯。"
