The hotel is very nice and my family and I are very satisfied. First of all, the hotel is clean and tidy, the facilities are good, there is a swimming pool, the courtyard outside our window has a table tennis table, and the rackets are also equipped. Secondly, the life around the hotel is very convenient, next to it is McDonald's, there are large supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, clothing stores, etc. Third, the hotel service is particularly good, there is unlimited bottled water, biscuits, free pick-up, and we If you want to go anywhere, the hotel will arrange shuttle buses as much as possible. It is really convenient to bring home here!

The hotel is located in the new sub-center of the city, which is very new soon after opening. The room is large and the bathroom is large. The room is equipped with a refrigerator. The front desk and room service are quite satisfactory and the service staff is very good. The decoration style in the room is modern. Health is great. Wifi signal is strong and fast. The surrounding environment is good. The student graduation season, the price of the hotel near the school has risen a lot, this hotel is in a reasonable range, is my main consideration for choosing it.

I enjoyed this hotel for its spaciousness and it's bathtub. So many hotels now don't provide bathtubs and I'm just not a shower girl. We could not find an ice machine. The rooms are suites with a full refrigerator in them. However our ice in the fridge was turned off, so it took a long while to get any ice. When we got in our room, it was freezing inside. I had to sit on the couch with my jacket on and the extra blanket on me to get warm. It finally warmed up.

The overall feeling is still good, do not talk about traffic conditions abroad, no car really can not go out, parking here is very convenient, the hotel's surrounding environment is still relatively good, there is a small pool, room facilities in general, but also clean, the front desk Handling check-in and check-out are quick. Although the breakfast is simple, the taste is still in line with Chinese taste. If it is not too demanding, it is a recommended hotel.

We have been staying at this location for many years, and have found the cleanliness and staff to be consistently dependable. The check-in process went smoothly and efficiently. Our room was clean and comfortable, well stocked with clean towels. Breakfast is what we expected from an HGI - not 5 star, but we didn't leave hungry. We spent three nights, and each morning, Judit greeted us with a smile and pleasant conversation in the breakfast area. She was efficient, and provided everything we needed, an absolute delight! Any questions or concerns we may have had were handled quickly by the ever-smiling front-desk personnel. In particular, Paola, was very helpful and friendly. We did notice that the lobby and breakfast areas are looking tired, and the furniture is showing some wear. However, we did see new furniture in the pool area, so maybe the lobby/breakfast areas are schedule for refurbishing, as well. The hotel's location is great - right off of I-75 and within walking distance to many good restaurants and shopping. We look forward to returning next year.

This place is great! Teh staff was friendly and helpful from the time we checked in. Our room was huge really spacious and clean and very comfortable. The shower is also very spacious with quality soaps and shampoo. The hot breakfast was deliscious I was late getting there and the woman made me fresh eggs. I also had some oatmeal and a fresh apple and yogurt. After breakfast I got a really good workout in using their well equipped gym and went for a swim in the indoor pool. It was warm and clean with plenty of fresh towels. I popped into the computer room to make some business related calls and it was sound proof and private. The computer was fast and easy to log into. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserLess than 20 minutes drive from GNV Airport, call the front desk one day in advance to make an appointment for free pick-up service. And to make an appointment in advance, the hotel can also send to UF, which is very convenient for people who visit Gainesville for the first time. In addition, there are 13 buses at the door to UF.
The lobby is spacious, the front desk is nice, there is free ice water and coffee. There are also computers and printers that can be used for free. There is a pool outside.
The room is spacious enough, with a couch, small refrigerator, small vault and iron. The mattress is soft and the sheets are comfortable. There are small bottles of shampoo conditioner and soap, and the whole is clean. You need to bring your own slippers and dental appliances.
Breakfast has homemade waffles, bread egg bacon, orange juice yogurt and low-fat milk. There is also an unknown paste that tastes good.
The hotel goes out and turns left and walks 6-7 minutes across the road. There is a delicious Korean food Seoul POCHA. Go out and turn right and walk 3-4 minutes across the road. There is a Mexican food and a small supermarket. Walk straight along the road for 10 minutes and there is a drugstore.
The accommodation experience is comfortable and can be recommended.

GGuest UserIt’s by no means fancy/high end. It’s basic. You’re definitely not walking in and being wowed. It’s outdated to be honest. We were literally only there to sleep. It was for 10 nights though. We’ve never stayed at a hotel that long. A larger/more updated/ suite would’ve been a better fit. Our first room was on the second floor. It was not clean. At all. The toilet wasn’t even attached to the floor; there was urine on it too. The entire second floor stunk. There is one old washing machine and one old dryer up there. Not sure how much but not free. The front desk promptly moved us to the first floor. Very apologetic. This room was very clean. Not noisy despite being busy. The counter in the bathroom was very big. Every employee at this hotel was so nice. Especially Stephanie and Alice at the front desk. I would stay again; not for an extended time though.

HHamid NIn 7 yrs of traveling to Gainesville, putting two kids through college, this was the first time we stayed here. Mainly due to poor planning on our part. It was the parents weekend. So the town is filled up. That said, this place was probably built in late 70s early 80s and it looks it. What's worse it smells it. Strong odor of of mold can't be ignored. That mixed with detergents used to clean floors and whatnot, was an interesting aroma to come to. It was burning out lungs and throat so bad we asked for a different room. The second room was slightly better with the added aroma of cigarettes. We arrived very late and had no choice to just stay. The rooms as the building are old. It's almost as if they gave up on the property. There are easy repairs and then more fundamental ones. The topping on the cake were the roaches. Yeap, that good.

Due to an sistuation with my past Ex, unaware of his double life and being a wanted fugitive in Miami Fl, i lost my apartment January 2024, my 69 year old, disabled, medically needed mother whom i solely provide care for an i came to Rodeway Inn motel located at 3459 SW Williston Road in Gainesville FL being that is priced reasonably and would be a clean safe place. First week in January we had bed bugs. Then by my mother being on a walker she/we has never since January until currently had a room to accomindate her needs, ( like ; walk in shower, rails for her lifting to get off the toilet, shower chair) we have switched and moved to 3 rooms yet each one bathroom doors do not fully close, batroom doors do not lock, light sockets/plug outlets are broken up with wires visable, gnats are terrible, when showering the water continues to rise and build up, and draining out is about an hour wait to another person shower, bathroom has black mold, shower curtains are full of slime, mold and dirt build up so bad the bottom of the shower curtains are yellow brown, June 2024 the whole motel was out of hot water for three days. And customer service one of the family owners Neshia, is so disrespectful,rude, and never check on her employees cleaning laundry buggies and cleaning carts have been left all night as well as dirty stayed in rooms have went uncleaned until th next day. This motel changes their rates daily/often and their greed for money will allow anyone no matter what they are doing illegaly stay. Lastly, the roach infestation is beyond infestation roaches all in the bathroom shower, shower curtain, toilet like is food all over the bathroom, the roaches come in from the uneven cuts where the air condition unit is, the door not measured and cut right, the holes and cracks by the base boards, food left in rooms after cleaning.

Even very impressed with the cleanliness of not just the rooms but the entire hotel/lot. No trash in parking lot. The rooms were very spacious.

GGuest UserI was greeted by a older black woman, whom she stated was the manager of this facility, and does NOT need to be. Her lack of professionalism, is staggering, and over due for a review of her behavior. She is way too old to act in th manner she did with my husband and I. She hold faced, lied to me and told me she was refunding me for the entirety of our stay because we were given a dirty room, she actually tried kicking me out, bc I complained about her giving me a dirty room, instead of a professional whom would have offered different accomodations, she yelled and berated me, the customer who was given the filthy room that was not cleaned from 10 years ago, much less after the last guest. Do not believe me, well look at my photos. There was a used condom wrapper wrapped up in the ball of sheets that were to be my bed for the night, not on the bed, but shuffled all over the bed, as if someone slept in th bed VERY HARD, which made the fitted sheet to come off, no blanket no pillows, just a top and bottom sheet, and the used condom wrapper. The floors where not swept or vaccumed , there was trash everywhere in the room, the baseboards where black with mold and dust, the tables had trash all over them, there was dried blood all over the bathroom floor, there was this thick black moldy green substance almost on every square Inch of the inner bathroom which stood the toilet, and bathtub shower area and I am not exaggerating in the least bit. And on top of all that, the tub did not drain, so not only was there this black sludgey mold stuff on every crevice, it was in every crack of the inner bathroom floor (see photo of beside the toilet. And there was a green/black ring inside the tub from lack of cleaning after bathing in the tub bc it did not drain left the filth of whoever was in there that night before, in this case the last ten years of it's use, it had not been cleaned. There is no way anyone had done any cleaning too this room. (SEE PHOTOS). I went and got food before we even went inside our room, but the black lady, elderly wasn't there it was a white woman who was also elderly and she was very kind, and did everything she could to make it right, she promised a full refund for the two nights bc she could not give me another room, and I didn't have the money to go set up another room for us, even if they refunded me to my card, bc it doesn't go back to your card instantly, it can take up to two weeks for that too occur if not longer, so we were stuck here, for those two days. She offered me clean sheets pillows, some cleaning supplies, but could not give me another room even though it was without working air, and/or cleaned from last guest. Something struck me as odd, when I told her what room I was in, she said, ”well, no wonder, why'd they put you in there.” This made me think they have certain rooms for certain guests, and I was just unlucky, bc the ”good” rooms were already booked up, so I got the room they have for the crackheads
