The breakfast at the hotel was great and the room was large and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the light rail station and there is a big shopping mall nearby. The hotel's cost performance is better, there is a hotel swimming pool, the front desk service is very good.

Booked for 1 day. The cleaning was done. The pool was washed in front of us. 2 training rooms. There is a bar. Everything is made convenient for disabled people.

The hotel room is large, clean and tidy, and the scenery from the window is very beautiful. The bathroom is not covered with water. There is a large parking lot near the hotel and a hospital. The scenery of the restaurant is also beautiful. The breakfast included is not a buffet, but an order. There is a service fee of nearly 8 dollars per order (I don't know how to calculate it). It would be great to have a free breakfast service fee next time.

Hotel unable to replace dirty bed sheets because ”they were 100% booked and THEREFORE did not have any.” This was on my third time staying in that hotel and now I know their service is unreliable when needed. Bring your own king bed sheets, etc., just in case.

The hotel is very user-friendly and we can check in early when we arrive at 5am. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was large enough and very comfortable. The wardrobe is large. The bathrooms are large and well kept and neat. There is soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers. Like other hotels abroad, there is no hot water bottle and you need to bring your own. The view from the window is great. Next to the hotel is Publix Supermarket, which has both raw and cooked food, and there are many specialty restaurants nearby. It is also easy to walk to Dadeland Mall and other Plazas.

Great location At Dadeland Mall - loved that you walk through the mall directly into the hotel on second floor of Macys Bar and pool area excellent- staff all extremely happy and helpful

Services were poor, drinking water wasn't available, apart from that everything was ok, towels smelly

The hotel is in the south of Miami, facing the street, a small two-story building, very easy to find, there are some small stores and restaurants around. Ten minutes walk nearby, there is a big store Falls, you can go and see. Hotel health is general, breakfast is very simple, the price is cheaper than the surrounding hotels.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in a while. Our whole experience was great and the staff were very helpful..if I'm ever back in this area , I would stay here again.

It's okay, the price is here. But the only one that wants to complain: 1. The hotel informs you to clean it once every 2 weeks. 2. There is no hair dryer, the front desk borrowed one, very dirty 😅
