Taking a shower is accompanied by a rather loud sound of water leaving. - You can hear the slamming of the doors of neighboring rooms from the corridor. - Very few reception staff speak English.

Rooms were hot, hot HOT!! I wish they’d put a window in or something to stop us from propping the corridor door open at night. We paid for the room which gives access to the lounge. Lounge had great food and drinks of the first night - I wa impressed. They then closed the lounge on our second night and opted to give us a takeaway box which was no where near the value of paying for the executive room. Luckily, the hotel agreed to give us a refund for our remaining nights and we went to a different hotel. I think in Normal times - when covid is well and truly finished - this hotel would get a revisit. Staff were friendly and like I said, lounge served some good food.

I took my friends to stay in this hotel when I was out for fun. They all said it was great. The decoration style and the hardware inside couldn't be better. The room was clean and the service attitude was good. I will stay here again in the future^_

The room is large and the balcony faces the children's playground. Half mountain half lake view. Beautiful. The packages included in the hotel also fully take care of the traveling crowd, and there are activities for everyone to participate in. Especially the beautiful lady Fu at the front desk took the initiative to help us delay check-out. The kids had a great time. ps. There are children's toothbrushes and slippers, suitable for parent-child travel.

The service and the room was absolutely stunning. Because of COVID the air conditioning was turned off, but the front desk offered us a fan and brought it to our room immediately, which made a HUGE difference. Even the cleaning staff was polite and friendly! The breakfast was a little disappointing, all the basics was all there, but didn't have that little extra when it comes to western food. Then view from our lake view room was stunning, but the river boats on the lake was noisy and we had to listen to what could've been a car alarm, but was part of the attraction of the river boats all day. All in all, I would go there again. and would recommend it to anyone that knows how to have breakfast delivered to them from another restaurant or shop

Parking in the hotel is more convenient, and there is a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off the villa area. The rooms in Youran Mountain Residence are large, and there are bears to accompany you. It would be better if the beds could be larger. There is a hot spring in the hotel, and bathrobes and towels are provided. You are not afraid of cold weather.
