I reserved the room for two days. Upon checking in, the desk attendant greeted us. A super lovely lady at the desk. She was friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions. Upon arriving at our room, it was awesome. Clean, and it smelled clean. Breakfast the following day was outstanding. The lady and gentleman cleaning the area also ensured it was well stocked and checking on us often. All of the employees were so kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying

I was very pleased with my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Germantown! The hotel is part of a beautiful mixed-use development that offers retail and restaurants. The Hampton Inn is a superbly-appointed hotel with an exceptionally high level of cleanliness, and offers each guest a delicious complimentary breakfast. This is the very best hotel in East Memphis and Germantown!!

Mr Scott Whitney laketa and all the staff were very professional answered any questions I had in my room was always clean and organized and taken care of nothing but good things to say about these people all good people highly recommend.

Stayed Monday-Friday. Was concerned upon checking in to discover we were staying right off the lobby next to the fitness center. That proved to not be an issue at all. Room recently remodeled: spacious, comfortable, functional, clean. Exactly what we needed for a 5 day stay. Great location: tucked off the main road near Shelby Farms Park but no more than 20 minutes from all the main attraction of Memphis. Had to ask a few questions and the front desk agent was extremely kind. The only reasons for 4 instead of 5 is 1) the pool was closed “until further notice” for renovations but saw none even in progress and 2) the breakfast was pretty awful and just got worse as the week went on. Very limited selection and all heavy food (biscuits, cinnamon rolls, bagels, ect). However just went over to the Kroger and got cereal and bread so no big deal.

I want to say thank you for an amazing time that we had at your facility. The staff were amazing and polite and helpful. My children and I all enjoyed the breakfast that was set up in the morning. Staff was very helpful with providing supplies needed that we forgot. I would recommend this for families at any given time it was clean friendly and amazing.
