Comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious with a good bathroom and everything was clean and tidy. Safe and fridge in the room particularly welcome. Breakfast buffet was good but food ran out at busy times are staff were slow at re-stocking it. However, when asked, they were always happy to help bring out things that were missing. Good location close to Colmar city centre with free parking.

1. The room is not suitable for one person, clean and tidy. There is free parking from the highway and other highways. 3. Breakfast 8💶 One person can eat enough anyway. 4. The staff could not find our booking, neither with name nor with confirmation number. We said we booked with trip.com. We had confirmation mail and login to trip.com with confirmation. We then waited about 20 minutes until the reception staff came to us and thought he had found the booking, we had given him wrong information, we had booked with ”niki-travel”. But instead of making the check-in and giving a room card, the staff was saluting at the holiday evening. We had to stand back in the waiting line behind about 20 guests for check-in with the new staff. Not very customer friendly.

It was very good hotel , the bathroom was amazing and very clean also it had shower gel and the bed was very good . Close to the city center . The staff in the reception were very helpful . I recommend it definitely and I will choose again if I visite Colmar again !

Everyone must pass by to watch the show! And it is a Michelin-starred restaurant! There are years of history and culture, and the service is very good.
