Previous post is misleading and clearly an anomaly based in mine and others reviews. Very pleased with the accommodation. Clean, modern and spacious apartment. Well positioned directly across from the lake and a short stroll to the centre. Staff we met were extremely pleasant and helpful. Car park 3 mins walk away and supermarket equally close. Would definitely come back.

Without a doubt one of the worst value stays I've had anywhere in the world. I have no idea why, at this price point, this place has rave reviews. Paying anything more 150 Eur/night is like robbery. As I consider various hotels I've stayed in a similar price range- it is a complete joke that this place charges as much and sometimes more than these hotels!!! It lists itself as a hotel but you are welcomed with a sign that says you have to clean your dishes and take out the trash when you leave!! When you are paying 330 Eur/night- are you kidding?? They said this was something about Covid, which makes no sense when no one wears a mask. The price doesn't include parking- which is a few minutes walk and expensive. Or breakfast. Or fresh towels. So, how are you a hotel, exactly? Let alone a 5-star hotel as it says on Google? On the first day, the internet speed was like a 1999 dial-up modem which meant I couldn't do work I'd planned. The internet was ok on the following day. The listing said 4 adults could stay- unless they're VERY VERY intimate- there's no way. Shower was a bit grimy. I would never recommend La Perla, I would never stay there again. Tania truly cares and tries her best that guests have a good experience.

I have been there so mani times and I will come back forever. Perfect location. All the flats are new. The staff are very kind and helpful. I am in love withe this place! When you are there, you really feel at home Thanks Federica :-)

I can only recommend this hotel. The hotel is very central, right in front of a beautiful park and the lake, most restaurants are 5 minutes walk away. Just around the corner it also has a good supermarket with a large selection of good and local products. The room and the balcony are very big and very clean. Although the hotel is located directly on the street, it was very quiet. The owners of the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. This hotel is also very suitable for dog owners because of the park and the large rooms.

The location is great. You have everything just a few meters away and it is very centraly located. The rooms are modern, and you can find there anything you need. It is with the self check in, it is very easy to understand it all and allows you to check in any time you want.

Beautiful place, convenient, with extremely helpful staff. Everything was digital with clear instructions and very fast check in process. I wish big brands learn from such a small business how to make their tedious check in process more convenient

We booked a Superior Apartment for four nights through *********** for $698.00 USD (576 Euros). It took us about 10 minutes to walk here from the Como San Giovanni railway station with luggage. We arrived at the building before our front door access code was valid. There was a front desk host on duty and she was very helpful throughout our stay. She allowed us in to seat in the lobby until our room was ready. When she took us to our “apartment” it was actually what we call in the USA a “studio”…one room with kitchenette and a bathroom. The other type of room available is a One Bedroom Apartment with a Balcony. We usually do allot of homework on apartments and after getting pass the shock of staying in a studio for four nights, we were fine. The security in this building is like no other that we have seen (i.e., access code for front door; using your thumb to access your floor in the elevator; and the door to your apartment is like a bank vault door that locks automatically once you enter or exit). We felt very safe there, but wondered if this type of security was necessary and why such an elaborate system was being used. Our apartment had free WiFi, air conditioning, a flat screen smart TV (no English speaking channels), a fully equipped kitchen with an electric kettle and coffee machine, a washer/dryer machine, and a bathroom complete with a shower and hairdryer. A Carrefour Market was about a block away and had everything we needed. It was excellent and the staff was very helpful. We were able to buy fresh veal and make Veal Scaloppini two nights for dinner. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again, but would book the One Bedroom Apartment with a Balcony.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questi appartamenti con alcuni amici durante un addio al celibato festeggiato sul Lago. Gli interni sono nuovi e curati nei minimi dettagli. Le stanze belle grandi, munite di tutti gli accessori e gli elettrodomestici necessari a renderle dei mini appartamenti. Personale molto disponibile e prezzo giusto.

Non plus ultra , il noro unico punto di riferimento a ＞como, purtroppo abbiamo dovuto cambiare una sola volta ... e siamo dovuti scappare perchè inparagonabile con il Sedar. ci ritorniamo sempre e volentieri!!! FORTEMENTE CONSIGLIATO!!!
