"Love this hotel, location, service and friendliness. The location is near the train station and the lake. We arrived earlier than hotel check in time, but since the room has ready, they allow us to check in earlier. Very appreciate especially since we've just travelled from Milan. We're renting a bike, and they allow us to put the bike inside the garage. We had a situation having wet pantsuit, since they don't have a laundry service they borrowed us an ironing and it helps.. Will stay again if we're going back to Colico"

"The entire staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to our questions & assistance. Location is great, right at the heart of Como Lake shoreline and a 5 minute walk from the Como Lago train station. The restaurant has excellent food and big portions compared to other local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again! 🤩"

"We stayed three nights in a room advertised for lake view. The actual view is half blocked by a tree. This is very disappointing considering the images at the website. There was a huge bug on bed sheets and blonde hair noted on towels before we started using them. Lastly the hairdryer was broken. After I requested the hairdryer to be replaced, even though the reception staff said they would do it, it just never happened. Air conditioning was unable to be adjusted and the room gets freezing in the evenings. Overall, it was the worst experiences I have had during my three weeks of travelling in Italy. It was a huge disappointment."

"İhtiyaçlarımızı karşılayan güzel ve pratik bir otel. Kahvaltı doyurucu ve sağlıklıydı, bizi gün boyu tok tuttu! (Özellikle helal diyet uygulayan ve bu nedenle bazı seçenekleri sınırlı olan bizler için, basit çırpılmış yumurta yerine haşlanmış yumurta/omlet gibi küçük bir değişiklik yapmak güzel olabilirdi) oda büyüklüğü, günlük temizlik, güzel tuvalet ve duş açısından her şey mükemmeldi. Odada bir ütü olması güzel olurdu, ancak belki de talep etmiş olsaydım kullanabileceğim bir tane olabilirdi. Ayrıca odada gece geç saatlerde sıcak bir içecek için bir su ısıtıcısı olması güzel olurdu. Ancak bunlar iyileştirme için küçük öneriler, aksi takdirde mükemmel konumda harika ve konforlu bir konaklama geçirdik. Olağanüstü bakım ve misafirperverlik nedeniyle bu B&B'ye ve diğer şubelerine geri dönerim!"

"The hotel is well located near the city centre. Convenient car parking at hotel premises. I was disappointed that booking for one person gets you only one single bed in a very small room. For such a price paid (cca 150 euro/night) this was very disappointing. Breakfast was basic and fine. Very friendly staff."

"The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The bed was great and comfortable. We had the room in the attic. I would say it’s slightly less than what I would have expected for the price given that we didn’t have any windows looking out. The location was fantastic. Super close to the lake and really nice restaurants. Furthermore, the train station was also a 5 minute walk away should you need it. Would’ve been nice if the breakfast was included and/or reasonably priced."
