Good location. You can see the ferry queue from the window in the morning. Apartment is Clean. Friendly owner.
Access could be a problem if you arrive early as there is no reception.

Property was steps away from the Duomo and the ferry port. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Place was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Camilla was very lovely & super nice! We had such a lovely & comfortable stay. There was 4 of us so we got the Tortora room which had 1 bed & a pull out couch bed. The design & furniture was a little outdated but I think it gave it some character. It was small cozy & cute. The property was so close to the center of everything right in Como we walked everywhere we wanted very easily. It’s also about 50 yards from a beautiful jaw dropping chapel. It was quite noisy during the day being as it was in the center of everything, but it was quiet at the right times, late at night & early in the morning. The windows opened up to a beautiful view. Would 10/10 book to stay here again if I came back to visit.

Everything exceeded our expectations! Very comfortable and clean apartment, the best possible location, very friendly and helpful stuff! Recommend for everyone!

Room is quite spacious but the toilet was very tiny. The heater was super noisy and couldn't sleep with it turned on. So we had to switch it off. No heater so it was cold ad night. We had to close the window but it got very stuffy. There is no way to open the window as the street noise was too unbearable. Housekeeping was ok. Some basic cutlery and a kettle was provided in the room. No microwave but a small fridge was provided. Location was convenient..near the train station and bus stops. Shops were just outside the b & b. Basic room but I can imagine it will be very hot during summer as no aircon in room. A fan was provided but we couldn't get it to work.

The room was a lovely mix if old and new. Modern facilities with great traditional features. We had a lovely welcome and the room was cleaned every day.
The hotel is in a great area, with access to the lake, bars, restaurants and shops.
