we booked a room with just little notice: but everything was just perfect. It was quite a challange to reach the destination as we missed the first turn, but there are visible indications along the route. The hotel offers free parking within the area. Staff is very kind and welcoming; check in was quick and smooth. Rooms are very comfortable and quite big very clean and comfortable. Tea set at your disposal was very appreciated. The bed was very very comfortable Bathroom quite big and very clean, fluffy towels! We stayed for dinner as well: it offers a nice chioce of dishes everything was very well cooked and presented; staff very careful and nice.

Comfortable parking, comfortable bed, excellent shower, air-frokost and discrete. A little old but functional hotel for business. A bottle of water and snack at the start, very appreciated.

The AC wasn’t working when we entered the room and it has been repaired only the day after so we spent the first night in a super hot room. The day after the elevator broke. The breakfast was chaos.. the personnel was very kind but really bad organised. The rooms are not very clean and the fridge in our room wasn’t working either. Very poor stay for a 4 star hotel, unfortunately…

Large comfortable bed and room with ensuite - great breakfast service and good gym and pool on lower floor. There was a lovely terrace downstairs you could have drinks on was just a bit too wet and cold when we were there. Situated not far from the escalators up to the town

I would stay at this hotel a thousand times over!! The staff was incredibly attentive, the service and food were impeccable, and the grounds were beautiful. The adjacent hotel restaurant food was to die for!! My wife and I from New York stayed between November 3rd 2021 - November 10 2021. The following staff were amazing....Jessica! Anna! Chiara! and Michele,,,,,we loved all of them and will be asking for them when we return!!

Da premettere che era da tempo che volevo provare quest'hotel,invogliato dall'offerta su Groupon,che poi non ho potuto acquistare direttamente dal sito,ma bensì dall'hotel stesso, quindi a prezzo pieno. Location: situato in zona molto periferica e l'esterno è molto freddo. Reception: altrettanto freddi e mai con un sorriso (cosa essenziale per un turista)... sembra,quasi,che ti stiano facendo un favore!!! Essenziali e coincisi nelle informazioni. Camera: sufficientemente pulita,ma con mobili non da quattro stelle(più da tre stelle). Bagno con vasca senza tenda e senza un tappetino dove è facile scivolare. Per non parlare del materasso: durissimo,tanto da farmi male la schiena tutta la notte e, quindi,tutta la giornata! Piscina:passabile,ma non grandissima e con un solo spazio piccolo per l'idromassaggio. Ristorante: abbiamo mangiato una sola volta e,devo dire,anche bene(consiglio la pasta fresca con asparagi e guanciale 😋). Colazione: ci sono abbastanza prodotti sia dolci che salati e la simpatia delle due signore è unica.....almeno loro(e i camerieri del ristorante)sempre col sorriso. Esperienza,infine,che non ripeterei in linea di massima. Mi spiace 🤷

Ottimo albergo con stupenda vista sul lago. Giardino curato in modo naturale con scelta di piante mediterranee. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile a risolvere tutto. Buona colazione senza artifici. Spesso semplicità e naturalezza sono l'arma vincente. Consiglio certamente.

I stayed for Umbria jazz and was amazing all the staff..the room...faboulus breakfast...so clean so quiet!! There a plus ..the bus that tales you for free to Santa Giuliana Arena for concerts and back every hour from 5 p.m. and back every hour too..in the same plaza you take the elevator for center so this bus is a great great thing!! So nice!!!
