Celtic Ross Hotel is very well located and comfortable. The facilities are good and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Had a recent stay in your hotel. Some staff were really kind and helpful particularly at reception and another server in the kingfisher bar, he was a very enthusiastic waiter! One bar man refused cocktails with no reason just said blankly no too busy and didn’t give us a timeframe. At that time he stayed chatting with staff at the bar and didn’t seem too busy… He was quite rude and talked about how he couldn’t wait to finish work.. once it got quieter he didn’t even offer the cocktails. Something to keep in mind. Also keys stopped working for our room twice. Once at check in the keys didn’t work when we arrived and the next day after breakfast our keys didn’t work again. Was annoying going up and down the stairs for this. Other than that the location was fabulous, food was lovely and comfortable stay and would still return as the positives out way the negatives. I have recommended two other friends to come and stay who are booking with you!

This is lovely hotel with great staff. The location and the scenery is perfect. Great value for money, the food is good and very comfortable rooms.

We stayed overnight for a half-marathon in the morning. It was beautiful, and we got good sleep. We were able to get good food. Additionally, the hotel did a good job at hosting the half-marathon. They were welcoming to all of us runners and answered any questions.

We had a great time at the hotel and it was a very convenient base for the race on the last weekend of April. It would be convenient if there was a way to walk straight out from the hotel front entrance to the pedestrian crossing as it is a bit of walk to get all the way down to the car park and then back up to cross the road. Many of the runners in the race were clambering over the front wall which did not look safe with the sharp stones. An extra entrance for pedestrians wanting to walk to the beach or along the causeway would be very handy.

Beautiful location with really friendly and helpful staff. Room was a good size, comfortable, clean and quiet and we got a beautiful view of the bay. Restaurant had great food at a reasonable price. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and variety of hot and cold. Has a leisure complex too but my itinerary was too packed to get using it. This hotel is most definitely a good one to stay to visit the surrounding area.

I would like to thank the Management and staff for looking after us so well on her hotel break. You were all so kind and accommodating. We would highly recommend a stay here and hope to go back next year.
