"Disappointing. Couldn’t find my booking at all. After getting a room and resting somebody entered to show the room to somebody else. Unfortunately there was a group of ladies booked at the same time and they made a lot of noise and nobody stopping them so I got up at 3.30. Shouted at them and they went to bed. Went for a shower but no hot water. Asked for a fried egg and 2 sausages for breakfast. That took 45 minutes. It could be a great place with some organisation. We were probably unlucky on the night"

"The room is large in Europe, and the washing is a local organic brand and it smells good. The scenery is the biggest harvest this time. Listening to the sound of the waves in the Atlantic, I fell asleep and enjoyed a romantic stay."

"The hotel is very conveniently located. You can walk to the British Market. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel facilities and layout are also very tasteful. The designer of this hotel also designed several famous buildings in the city. The only problem is that the toilet drains very slowly. Parking is also charged separately."

"We recently visited Fountain House to visit family in a nursing home in Macroom. Unfortunately the relative died so we had to alter our stay. Breda, the lovely hostess was very accommodating in our open ended booking and all other matters( Having other relatives visit etc) The room was comfortable, the breakfast choice excellent and the stuation for our needs escellent. Highly recommend"
