Very nice resort, especially for families with young children. The lifeguards rolled out a big inflatable pool slide one afternoon and every day they rolled out a floating “carpet” that ran into the water so the kids could challenge each other with running on it. Lots of fun and a great attitude from the staff. Food was good and we had breakfast with our rental. We ate lunch and dinner once on property - it was a good buffet but somewhat pricey. For other dinners we headed into Sanlucar on one of the squares - highly recommend. We had two rooms and one had much better functioning air conditioning than the other. It gets chilly at night here so be sure to request a blanket for the bed if there isn’t one in your room. The one slight disappointment was Re the in room safe, which came with a daily fee. For a property this nice, I’d expect a safe to be provided as a gratis service.

The hotel is fabulous (although it is winter), with active animations and other functions as if it was summer. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The restaurant was very good, but the dinners of 10. I missed to be a few more days to enjoy 100%.

A nice hotel, nice room and good beds. Large swimming pool with lots of space and plenty of beds around it. You are on the beach in no time, but that is a public beach and therefore no beds from the hotel. In fact, no beds at all. Environment also beautiful. However, there are also points for improvement. Long wait at check-in due to understaffing at the reception and then also two people who do unclear other things. I would say: get rid of those rows first. The same goes more or less for the bar. Towards the end of the dinner, everyone goes that way, but at the bar only one employee. Planning could be better. Another point is the languages spoken. That is actually only Spanish and sometimes with difficulty some German or English. This may be due to the fact that there are a lot of Spaniards here. There is also a lot to be paid in cash (bicycle rental, deposit for beach towels). Great food, kudos to Gustavo behind the wok.

We arrived for the GP Spain jerez 2023 of Moto GP. The reservation was from Friday 28 to Monday 01, but for schedules we paid almost 1 day for nothing, because we arrived at 2am on Saturday and we went to 4am on Monday. We requested a picnic to compensate for Monday's breakfast, but no one picked us up the phone during Sunday being outside the hotel (we told us we would warn), because after many attempts it was impossible. The young receptionist could only give us a ”sorry” solution. Cleaner 10, friendly attention but it lacked that detail to compensate a little with the client for bad time compatible with the hotel.

It is a good location to go to Sevilla, the basic rooms but clean, beds and comfortable couchs, the girl at the reception very nice while those with cold breakfast. They brought us a cap and a broad broad with marble, and after a number of requests for what we could take, we managed to bring us a kind of bricks, and when we went out we saw other tables with fruit juices and a broad with jambon. It would be enough if they said what it was in, or let them find the menu on the tables .

To my surprise this is a GEM hidden hotel. I do my bookings based on previews reviews. Well, the hotel room floors are in marble and super clean. Bed is quite comfortable and felt like everything was new. The breakfast is good, lots of choices. My room had a balcony over looking the swimming pool. Did not use the facilities nor the bar which was open until 12AM. Check in at 10pm was an easy process. Complimentaty airport transportation but at a certain times only. It is so close from the airport that walking could be an alternative if only they had a sidewalk. Rural hotel, so a car is highly reccomended. Nothing is available in the immediate surroundings. Ideal to take an early flight or arriving on a late flight. Service very good. More like a rural hotel. Overall, a steal for the price..

For other dinners we headed into Sanlucar on one of the squares - highly recommend. We had two rooms and one had much better functioning air conditioning than the other. It gets chilly at night here so be sure to request a blanket for the bed if there isn’t one in your room. The one slight disappointment was Re the in room safe, which came with a daily fee. For a property this nice, I’d expect a safe to be provided as a gratis service.
