For example, the couch is actually comfortable for reading and watching TV, and the work desk has a low, expandable pull-out section useful for laptops. There's nothing exceptional about this Courtyard but my stay left me struggling to find any legitimate complaints. The fact that rooms can be had for outrageously reasonable prices make it a very compelling option while in the area.

If it wasnt for checking, it would of been too late, as special rate for first day, then 109.99 for ”hospital stay rate”. Was corrected. In the past couple of years new mgmt? Last time we came in we, as well as others (a line) had to stand and wait until 3pm for check-in. Yep guy was standing at desk til that time. We are Diamond members (really doesnt mean anything with their program as they allow hotels to do their thing). This time big ole sign with it as well. No breakfast, as they advertise, I do see no pool. Things are broke, smells like pot throughout halls, and we killed 6 roaches this time. So........

During the time of my stay, I to kill a roach, let’s start there. The roach cane from behind the dresser that the TV stands on. Also I wasn’t able to access the WiFi until the second day I was there. I only had 1 face towel, but I’m not sure if that’s policy or not, I was able to get more. Lastly, the sheet was supposed to be white. Instead, it was almost grey. I did take it off the bed and just used the comforter. The girl who checked me in at the front desk, was as helpful as she could be and was pleasant.

During the time of my stay, I to kill a roach, let’s start there. The roach cane from behind the dresser that the TV stands on. Also I wasn’t able to access the WiFi until the second day I was there. I only had 1 face towel, but I’m not sure if that’s policy or not, I was able to get more. Lastly, the sheet was supposed to be white. Instead, it was almost grey. I did take it off the bed and just used the comforter. The girl who checked me in at the front desk, was as helpful as she could be and was pleasant.

Pros: Clean, comfortable guest room; Good location close to highway, restaurants, and shopping; excellent nightly rates. Cons: Hallways and rooms are a little dark. Note: I typically enjoy hotel pools and hot tubs while traveling but the pandemic necessitated these being closed during my visit, therefore I cannot comment. This is an older property- true to its name with an actual ”Courtyard” nestled in the middle of the U-shaped building. Despite its age it is well-maintained and extremely clean. The hallways and rooms are a little dark (indicative of older Courtyard decor) but the furniture is more functional than what's being installed in new and remodeled properties. For example, the couch is actually comfortable for reading and watching TV, and the work desk has a low, expandable pull-out section useful for laptops. Creve Couer appears to be a nicer section of the St. Louis suburbs, if the plethora of luxury car dealerships are an appropriate indicator. Within walking distance are Aldi and Dierberg's grocery stores representing both ends of the spectrum. Other restaurants and shops are equally close, as is the I-270 interchange. The airport is about 20 minutes away; the heart of St. Louis is a few minutes further. There's nothing exceptional about this Courtyard but my stay left me struggling to find any legitimate complaints. The fact that rooms can be had for outrageously reasonable prices make it a very compelling option while in the area.

Hotel is older but very well kept. Right off the interstate and in close proximity to both Mercy and Missouri Baptist Hospital. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. The parking garage was a nice perk and kept us out of the rain. Overall, a great experience.
