Cozy Room Cusco

The service is amazing but the hotel is not very in a clean part of the city. We had to pass everyday to go to plazadiarmas by horrific street.

Found this place through a Google search. The photos looked good and the location seemed to be pretty near to the city center. The accommodation was in fact cozy as they mention in their name. The customer service was good and the reception is 24 hours. Would definitely recommend this stay.

Check in went smoothly and without any problems. We have checked out after two days because we went to Machu Pichu and could leave our luggage in the hotel, spontaneously we could also book a night more after machu pichu. On the first day we went later for breakfast there was unfortunately not much choice (first come first serve 😜). On our floor you could always get hot tea. Very good shower with lots of power. To the main square you walk a few minutes, but after that everything is very easy to reach on foot. Reception also gave us good tips and their cell phone number and told us that we can write them anytime if something is or we have questions. For example, we were able to book a city tour via Whatsapp at short notice. Nice big room, windows are not so well sealed, came quite a slight draft into the room. On the last day we went to Rainbow Mountain, in the morning at three we could drop off our luggage and received a breakfast to go. when we returned, we were even allowed to take a quick shower (no extra charge), although we have already checked out. in the evening, even a taxi was organized, which first picked up our luggage and then us, because we went to eat in the city before the night bus to Puno. Very friendly staff - we were so grateful for the service

Cozy staff were very nice and staffed the entryway 24 hours per day. First-floor room was street noisy but staff moved my room on day 2. Read reviews about hot water issues but I had hot water in both rooms. 15 minute walk to Plaza de Armas through local market was actually a nice little adventure. Met fellow travelers on the rooftop terrace everyday. Staff stored my extra pack while I trekked the Inca Trail. Yes, a little off the beaten path, but still close to town.

I loved it! I was lucky to saty here, in my trip to Cusco. Everything was perfect. The people of the staff: Raquel, Shrily area perfect hosts. The breakfast is fresh and have many options. And they helped me with everything for my train to Machu Picchu Actually, I love the perfect balance of the energy in this place, the decoration and the kindness, make me feelike home.

Basic, clean hotel. Amazing terrace at top floor with a kitchen where we could cook our own food, big plus! But beware of no elevator so you have to run up and down the stairs a lot!

The room was quite small and gets cold at night with the single glazed windows and no heating. But they provide blankets. The shower was a good standard for Peru. The breakfast is freshly made scrambled or fried egg and a few buffet items like fruit and bread. The location is walkable to the main square but a little bit out to make it a good price

There are hot water and water pressure issues. Sometimes, we had a cold shower. We stayed in a room and an apar**ent. I recommend the apar**ent. There we had hot water for a shower. It was on the fourth floor, so walking up with adjusting to the altitude was a little hard, but ok. Breakfast was good.

Friendly helpfull staff. Good location. Clean. Basic breakfast. A little expensive tour offered at the hotel, we could have saved a buck or two buying from a local "tourist info" place.
