"The hotel is located in a rather remote place. Can only be recommended for this area. Unfortunately the room was dirty. For this price there were more comfortable hotels. The hotel itself is not bad. It just needs to be put in order."

"The hotel is very comfortable and it is very good to stay in the hotel. The breakfast is on a timetable as nobody can use it (6-9am), as the tours start at 4am and if you stay in the room, you will not, of course, get up so early to breakfast. Limited food supply in variety and portions. Two days before check-out, we asked for another night; they assured to give it, but the day it was required, we were denied because "they had not booked it". Only two people do well their job: the cleaner girl and the night's receptionist (although she is also limited in her acting)."

"The hotel was nice, but when I finally asked for a taxi to the airport, the front desk staff told me it would cost 35 soles. When I arrived at the airport, the driver asked me for 40 soles, but I didn't have time, so I just paid it. It's not a huge amount, but I'm annoyed by the idea that they can just charge more because tourists don't know the cost. Next time, I'll make sure to check with the front desk and the taxi driver before getting in a taxi. Everything was perfect, so this was a shame."

"The room was decent, and thankfully there was an elevator on the fourth floor, especially considering the city's altitude of 3400 meters. I don't know if it was altitude sickness or a bad pillow, but I didn't sleep very well. The complimentary CoCo tea in the lobby helped alleviate altitude sickness. Breakfast included delicious roast pork, but due to the altitude sickness and lack of sleep, I drank cold milk first thing in the morning, which I vomited and couldn't enjoy. The hotel's free luggage storage was a thoughtful touch, allowing guests to walk quietly to the Temple of the Sun and Plaza de Armas in Cusco, which takes 10-30 minutes. It's not close to the city's main tourist area, but it's only a few hundred meters from the Inca train station, a 5-minute walk. If you want to be closer to the core tourist attractions, I recommend the Terra Andina Hotel."

"Honestly, this was a very bad experience and I would not stay here again. Yes, the hotel is cheap, but that doesn’t mean everything should be this poor. There was no hot water in the sink at all, only ice-cold water, and outside it was around 5°C at night. Because of that, I had to wash my hands using the shower, which also takes time to get warm water. There was no heater or proper heating in the room. It was extremely cold. They gave me a heater, but I had to pay extra for it. Housekeeping was also very careless. One time they cleaned the room and left my door wide open. Nothing was stolen, but this is absolutely not acceptable. Another time they opened the window during cleaning and didn’t close it. I didn’t even notice at first because it was hidden behind the curtains. It was freezing, and I couldn’t understand why the room was so cold until I realized the window had been left open for hours. Why would they open the window (and especially leave it like this) if they already knew I was always cold and used the heater? It looked like they did it on purpose or something. I had to wear my coat indoors just to stay warm"
