We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The location can't be beat. The hotel is old, but it grew on us after staying there for a few days. The positives:1) great location - u are next door to everything. 2) shower is strong and hot, although the temperature may fluctuate a bit. (I rather they have hot water than no hot water). 3) you can ask the reception for a hair dryer, and this hair dryer is strong (vs in most hotels, the hair dryer doesn't dry anything). 4) the staff try to please. 5) Breakfast has make to order omelett. 5) Toilet flushes well. So I think this hotel has all the basics that u need.

Conveniently located in the heart of Cusco we had high hopes when we entered this historic hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering is tea for the altitude in front of the log fire. However, this is a basic, old and not well kept premises. The beds were rock hard, the pillows solid lumps of granite and everything looked worn out. The room was clean but really in need of a make over. No refrigerator, no tea or coffee facilities, noisy wooden floors and light coming through the inadequate curtains on the large window facing the indoor courtyard. I already was struggling with poor sleep due to the altitude and I slept badly. Breakfast was basic but freshly made and the coffee was decent. Unfortunately our tours left early in the morning so we didn’t get to enjoy it for 2 of the 3 days we stayed there. The staff obliged by providing a boxed breakfast which was appreciated. In fact, the staff, especially the concierge were helpful and generous with their efforts.

Excelente experiencia con este hotel me encantó, la habitación bella rico desayuno y personal súper atento agradezco en especial a Marjorie y Viviana en recepción quienes me ayudaron en todas mis dudas. El hotel tiene ubicación muy céntrica.

O melhor do hotel é sua localização e o ótimo atendimento do pessoal receptivo e garçons. Falando da localização é perfeito, em frente a uma das praças centrais, o que lhe permite visitar as principais atrações a poucos passos. Além disso, tem grande variedade de restaurantes, comércio e serviços. Sobre o atendimento vc se sentirá muito acolhido em todos os momentos, desde a chegada até o café da manhã. Fiquei quase 10 dias no hotel, e umas 3 vezes eu senti um leve cheiro de esgoto, que provavelmente retorna por um dos ralos do banheiro, por isso eu dei essa pontuação. Mas, se não fosse isso seria tudo perfeito. O quarto é bom... a cama é boa, chuveiro excelente.

Experiencia horrible, tienen a una señora o señorita no sé si es administradora o gerente creo de nombre vivian, que no sabe administrar un hotel y un equipo, muy déspota y creida que no dio solución a los problemas que se le indico. Grande y bonito hotel para poca cosa de gerente o administradora, al parecer no tiene experiencia en el puesto seria de gran ayuda haber si hacen una reestructuración en la gerencia o en la administración de ese pobre hotel. Lo positivo los colaboradores serviciales y atentos. OJO: VUELVO A RECALCAR A LA ADMINISTRADORA O GERENTE VIVIAN DEBEN DE CAMBIARLA LE QUEDA MUY GRANDE EL PUESTO. saludos cordiales

Desde la llegada te reciben de forma muy amable y atentos a todo. La habitación grande con cama enorme (2x2mts) y comodísima lo que es muy bueno para descansar el primer dia en Cuzco como recomiendan. El baño grande, con secador de pelo potente y una ducha con abundante caudal de agua. El desayuno es normalito pero correcto. El edificio es muy lindo y bien mantenido. Un gran plus del hotel es Eylin en la recepción, quien no solo está atenta y predispuesta a cualquier requerimiento con una sonrisa sino que además supo recomendar buenos sitios para comer. No veo la hora de regresar!

El pueblo peruano es muy cordial y siempre atento. Pero la infraestructura del hotel no es adecuada. Cuzco es un lugar alto donde se siente la falta de oxígeno y en el hotel, no tenían ni un balón de oxígeno. Sentí un poco de malestar por la altura y lo único que tenían en el hotel para ofrecer era te de coca. Además la habitación, muy mal ventilada, la única ventana que tenía daba a un patio cerrado.

Los empleados del hotel, excelentes y su limpieza muy buena y la ubicación de lo mejor. El desayuno muy a tiempo, los baños de las habitaciones muy bien cuidados. Y la historia del lugar increíble, me hospede en un palacio Inka
