A truly exceptional hotel in every way. Best location, minutes the main square, shopping and restaurants. The rooms are very well appointed with your own butler - Great demonstration of making Piso sours by him! Breakfast was superb and bar snacks were great. Didn’t have dinner there, but no double it would be great. Lovely warm swimming pool, great steam room and spa. My wife had the best massage she can recall in years! It’s expensive but worth every penny!

The staff's friendly and attentive approach across all services ensures a stay that is as comfortable as it is memorable.

Amazing hotel, well located to main square. Great rooms, exceptional service. Breakfast was great, rooms comfortable and large, great finishing touches to remind you that this hotel used to be a convent. Lovely gardens to sit in and spa had nice steam room that we enjoyed after a long day sightseeing

We have stayed at several luxury hotels but the Belmond Palacio Nazarenes is at the top of the list. Because it was recently renovated, the Nazarenas surpasses its sister hotel the Monasterio by far. The detailed artwork, authentic colonial interiors, is exquisite but the hotel is extraordinary bc it marries modern amenities that make guests want to return. Every room has oxygen piped in so altitude sickness is not an issue. The location is superb bc it’s minutes away from the center of town but extremely quiet. The Palacio Nazarenas was a highlight of our trip to Peru, Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley.

This is a beautiful, tardis hotel that you can never guess from the outside how fabulous it is. A wonderful heated pool and the most attentive, yet unassuming staff. Restaurant is really good. Cusco is a beautiful city and we didn’t do it justice

Amazing establishment. Like a museum. Beautiful architecture. Excellent customer service. Rooms are spectacular and bathrooms very big and comfortable. Attention to detail is admirable. Food is very good. The sister Belmond hotel - Monastery- which is next door is also a great option if Palacio is booked out.

My wife and I toured and hiked all over Peru. We decided to stay in all Belmond Hotels during our visit and it ended up being the best decision of the entire trip. Each hotel was equally as beautiful and comfort as the next. The staff at this location were all true professionals and so accommodating to any of our needs. They made our stay that much better. And the hotel itself was one of the nicest we've ever experienced in our 30 years of marriage.

All of the Belmond properties in which I have stayed, are intently focused on customer satisfaction, and this one is no different. This property was a 17th century convent with a beautiful chapel with all of the original paintings. Beautiful rooms, great food. Just a few blocks from the main plaza. Beautiful area of colonial Cusco.
