Hotel & Apartments Davesa House

I've been to R House Cusco twice and it is certainly one of the best hotels in Cusco. The hotel is located in a very nice part of Cusco, very close by car/taxi to the historic center (which is a must if you're traveling there) and to the nicer residential neighborhoods in the city. The location is super safe and there is a convenience store right in front (as well as a nice historic temple) if you need anything. The view on the highest floors is simply breathtaking; you can see all of Cusco in all its expansive beauty. Those top level apartment have one of the nicest views in any hotel in Cusco simply put. The quality of the hotel rooms is amazing as well. There is an artistic modern feel surrounding every room I've been in. The best part is the rooms are not that expensive. They are quality and comfortable modern rooms that will make any tourists (particularly American and European) feel like they are truly getting a top quality experience in the city. There is Wifi and comfortable bathrooms. The attention from the employees is also nice. I greatly enjoyed my time there (it was a nice home space while traveling and having fun) and encourage any tourist looking for a good place to stay in the city to try it out.

Had a great time in this apart hotel. I had to work whilst enjoying cusco and the internet/working place is great. 6-8 mins from the center bij taxi and 20min by foot. I decided to stay another week. Bed is realy comfortable and the people are rly helpfull. If you miss something, they will bring it to you. Kitchen is decent but can be better, but i guess thats what to expect in an aparthotel. Can't expect razorsharp knifes and stuff;)

This was an amazing place for us to stay. Percy was so helpful with places to visit. We truly enjoyed our stay. The room was great and the Continental breakfast was enough in the morning. Recommend this hotel.

The apartment was wonderful. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable, linen clean and plenty of extra blankets available. The service from the workers was great, they attended to all our needs. The breakfast was a great perk. When we came back from our first trip on the first night of our stay we had a table full of fruit and water, which was perfect!

Very large and clean establishment. They clean the room everyday like a hotel. Good location, walking distance to downtown Cusco. Excellent staff service, will help you with communicating if you need to order a cab or pizza for example. Thank you!

Stayed here with my family and friends. Very confortable for 9 people! The place is very clean and the staff is very accommodating. Helped us out with early and late check out. Close to certain amenities like convenience store and laundry facilities.

Good location, walking distance to the main squares. We stayed with two families, great place to stay together under one roof. We we’re here during carnival, lots of fun. Management arranged taxis for us for our early morning trip to Machu Picchu.

The hotel is a little rundown. It’s a bit noisy. They included a continental breakfast, but the coffee was always cold and the juice inexplicably warm. I will however say that the staff were very friendly and helpful. All of them were very nice. It’s also in a good location. It’s about 15 minute walk in one direction to the historical center and about 15 minutes in the other direction to the big mall that has smartfit. No real complaints

By far one of the best hotels in Cusco, we stayed for 6 days with friends and the atmosphere is just beautiful, the service from the staff is 10/10. It is 10 minutes away from the center of the city and the rooms have incredible views. All very comfortable and cozy, 100% recommended
