Hostal El Grial

Çok yardımsever personel ve çok rahat bir yatak. İhtiyacım olan her şeyi makul bir fiyata aldım ve sabahları ücretsiz kahvaltı sunuyorlar. Sıcak duşlar ve geceleri üşümüyordum. Konumu muhteşem! Döneceğim :)

Tarihi bir binada 8 adet tertemiz küçük odasıyla uluslararası genç gezginler için harika bir "oda & kahvaltı". Personel her zaman yardımsever ve güler yüzlüdür (biraz İspanyolca konuklara yardımcı olur). Kalça “San Blas” bölgesinde olmayı seviyorum. Çok iyi bir değer.. özel banyolu sade konaklama. İyi kahvaltı. İkinci katı isteyin. Amira her misafirin kendisini özel hissetmesini sağlar. Turlar, taksiler ve rezervasyonlar konusunda yardımcı olabilir. “Muhteşem Amira”…

Love to return to Cuzco and this place. Quiet street, comfortable lodgings and close to the central square. Restaurants aplenty in the same or surrounding streets and of course tours can be organised in and by the hotel!

After spending 6 weeks in the Amazon I planned to do some travel around Cusco and wanted to find a reasonably priced hostel with private rooms. I found El Grial through *********** with a private en-suite room for a great price. When I arrived the quality exceeded my expectation. This place feels more like a hotel than hostel. The building itself is really good. I was a bit concerned about the noise as the place is open plan and the doors are very thick but this area in San Blas is really quiet and like I said, this is more like a hotel than a hostel (not loud and no late partying in the common area). This place is incredibly clean. The room is tiered, bed is made land towels replaced everyday. The staff are absolutely wonderful too. Super helpful and friendly… extremely tolerant of my awful attempts at Spanish. I liked this place so much I decided to rebook following my Inca Trail trek. The staff were more than happy to store my bags for the 4 days and had them waiting for me in my room when I returned. Highly recommend this place, especially when considering the price

Wonderful hostal, feels like a very personal hotel. Located In a beautiful quiet but busy part of town. Was given a welcome tea on arrival, they cleaned the room daily and there was a very cute breakfast included :-) 5* quality at an amazingly low price!!

The room was very clean and well decorated and we always had a cleaning service. They were always ready to help at any hour, even when we had tours very early in the morning. They prepared our lunch box for the day. Nice and quiet neighborhood. I recommend this place 100%!

I had the most pleasant of a stay at Hostel El Grial. Nestled up in the hills of San Blas, this hostel was more like a 4 star hotel I reserved a single bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. It was spotlessly clean with fresh towels and linens. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. I extended my one night reservation to 8 days. My bed was made every day and the sheets changed every other day along with refreshed towels. Breakfast was served each morning including eggs, fruit & coffee

I'm very sad to write this review as I have stayed at this hotel every time I have visited Cusco but DO NOT STAY HERE. Long story short: I handed in my laundry worth $400 and I never got it back. I was promised for two weeks that I would get it back and then when it became clear someone had sold it or lost it, I was promised money. I never received it. The manger is a liar. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL

I've been here several times and next to Cusco being a great place to visit many interesting sites I also feel quite at home here. Nice neighborhood, very central and a hotel with cosy and personal atmosphere (contrary to big chains). Recommended.
