Candlewood Suites Dallas Market Cntr-Love Field

Came because I read a review they did no deposit. That’s false not only is it a deposit but it has to be on a card. The reason I booked is I lost my cards. Get to the property and refused service. Wouldn’t even take cash for the deposit. Needless to say me my wife and 8 month old slept in the car that night.

IHG should be embarrassed to brand this property - I ended up leaving after trying two different rooms - they both reeked of cigarette smoke and the cooling units weren’t fully functional, which is an absolute deal breaker when the temp is 100+

The room, linens, towels, etc. were clean. The room had a small refrigerator and more importantly it had a coffee pot for early morning coffee. I stayed here to have a test done at UTSW Medical. The location is very convenient. I just made another reservation for another stay as I have a return visit to UTSW medical.

We had several issues during our stay. Mr. Moore, I’ve reached out to you privately via email. I sent one on Saturday & again on Sunday (hopefully that both Escher you - I was unsure of the internet). Please let me know and I do hope you received. I also sent several pictures. I picked this hotel because it was close to Love Field and they allow people to leave their vehicle in the parking lot for $14 for the week. The employees were friendly, the room was clean, and there was security on site in the parking lot. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, but it was only for one night for a fee hours. I asked where was a good place to park our truck and she said in the front since there are lights and security. I was able to park in a corner spot and backed the truck all the way up into the bush. I made sure the truck bed and cover was lock before we left. We did have big plain box in the bed of the truck, UT might have said Thomas the Train on it. It was a present for our grandson from his great grandmother. We were going to go see them when we got back from Mexico. When we got back a week later, someone had pried open the cover of truck bed and took the box. We have stayed at other hotels around Love Field and DFW with no issues. It is unfortunate that this happened, it could have been worse, no real damage was done to the truck.

Stayed one night with daughter and her friend. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful! Allowed us to check-in early so my daughter could take online class exam from our room - much appreciated! Room was spotless and spacious. Free parking and quick and easy access to Deep Ellum for concert at The Factory. Great price for a suite with a kitchen. We had a one queen bedroom with a sofa sleeper and double bed in the living space. Liked the fact that there were two ac units - one for the living area and one for the bedroom. Super climate control. Clean and comfortable room! Minor issue was having to pass through the bedroom to get to the bathroom and no door between the sink area and bedroom. This would not deter us from staying here again.

Got stranded in Dallas due to weather, flight canceled. Last minute found a room at Candlewood and was only hotel with a shuttle willing to pick us up. Surprised at what a nice hotel. Lobby was nice, female clerk. (I think Denise) was pleasant and helpful. Appeared clean. Room was large, reasonable and clean. Can’t think of a negative, maybe walks little thin could here water running and noise from next room but not bad. Had a nice little shop for snacks and microwave foods. Also they had a nice borrow wall with board games, crock pot and waffle irons plus much more. Would use again!

Upon arrival there was a sewer odor in the hotel parking lot and unrecognizable odors inside the main lobby and hotel room. The room was decent, but outdated. There was some trash on the bathroom floor needing to be swept and the window curtains and pillow cases had multiple, old stains. The bedding, kitchen hand towels and bath towels/wash cloths were clean. Kitchen area and dishes were organized and clean; I recommend washing personally before use. - Front desk staff were friendly and attentive to requests - Near a freeway but hotel is in a private area to take walks with plenty of parking - Strong water pressure *Room tip: For light sleepers, request a room away from front of hotel to lessen noise of traffic on freeway * Hotel has 3 floors so if applicable, request the top floor to avoid noise (foot traffic) from room above you *Check out is 12pm and room key card may be deactivated prior to check out, so reactivate at front desk.

estuve 5 noches y jamas hicieron la habitación, pero tampoco te lo dicen cuando te registras, esa política que se uso en la pandemia, hoy la usan para bajar sus costos de operación , pero no bajan el precio de las habitaciones, anuncian al vender en sus paginas de servicio de transporte 24 hrs al aeropuerto, pero no dicen a cual y en Dallas hay 3 aeropuertos, la gente de recepcion no es amigable.
