Great location! Quick and easy access to American Airlines Center. Nice room, but I guess we expected a little more for the price. The showers only have a half door, so water sprays on the floor. The bathroom is also only closed off from the room with a curtain rather than a door.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location for an event at America Airlines Arena. Food options and movie theater walkable. Checkin at 4pm is on the later side of most hotels. Valet helpful.

Hotel was nice and convenient for the concert location. The bed was really hard. It wasn’t as comfy as I was expecting from a Marriott location

Parking situation was terrible and not communicated by anybody. Elevator buttons all broken. Very loud. Just did not get moneys worth for the price. Have had nicer experiences at a holiday inn. Guy at the front desk was awesome, only positive.

A lot not great. Value for money is crazy. Super expensive and not a super expensive experience. Bed was a little hard. AC in room would not go below 75 degrees at night. Phone by the bed would not work. No clear instructions on ordering room service. Ordered breakfast room service and delivered it 45 minutes early and it was cold. 18% service carge on everything and no choice to be less if service stinks.
Now the positives. Restuarant while very expensive was fantastic as too the food. Service was good as well but we were about the only people in there. The pool was very nice and had fun. The staff were awesome.

Great property, very quiet, good sleep. Walkable to the book depository, but it gets hot quick in the summer!!! (110 degrees)! Bring water, drink water.

The property was older and some of the stuff in the room was old. Just need to remodel. Communication was okay.
I’m just very happy with my location. Overall, great experience.
