"Old "tired" hotel. Absolutely discomfortable. The refrigerator works so noisy as the Boeing engine on the takeoff, had to just shut it off for the night. The bathroom door twisted like a cowboy's ribbon. I have written off more than $400 from my card and have not yet sent Invois for what exactly "services" have stolen money from my card. I do not advise anyone this hotel. There are many modern, better-quality hotels in Dallas that do not write off money from customers for unprovided services!"

The boutique, mid-century modern aesthetic gives the rooms a very chic, sophisticated vibe. * **The Highlights:** The beds feature plush pillowtop mattresses and premium Frette linens, making it incredibly easy to get a great night's sleep. Rooms also come equipped with convenient amenities like a mini-fridge, a massive flat-screen TV, and distinct living areas that give you plenty of space to unpack and unwind. ### 💁♂️ Service & Staff The true heartbeat of this hotel is its staff. From the front desk agents to the housekeeping team, the service is warm, welcoming, and highly accommodating. Additionally, because it is a popular property, standard maintenance (like elevator speeds or climate control) can occasionally face heavy-use strain during peak summer heat, but the staff is incredibly quick to step in and try to make things right. ### **The Verdict** With its stellar location, massive stylish suites, and a standout staff, Le Méridien Dallas by the Galleria offers fantastic value and comfort. I would absolutely recommend it and look forward to staying here again!"
