"This was the perfect stop for a long layover! I was able to shower (twice), get some good rest, and watch some late night tv. They also had food available both sides of my stay, but I opted for extra sleep. The transportation was very efficient and the drivers were so kind. All of the staff were friendly and helpful!"

"I was never in a Virgin Hotel before. But this was a good experience. Hotel is close to Dallas design district where most of famous furniture’ brands have their show rooms. Rooms are clean , quite. and with an impactive design. The reception staff is very kind and professional. The restaurant at ground floor offers a very limited and very america menu: hamburgers ,french fries and staff like this. Nothing special but at least they serve you food till 23,"

"I couldn’t travel, so I don’t arrive at the hotel. However, the hotel was not able to give me some money back so I don’t recommend this hotel because there are very un flexible. Not a business standard like usual. Sorry to say that I stay in many hotels however, if you travel so much sometimes you have a chance I think hotel should be more flexible. The most of the hotel are very flexible because it’s daily business for them. So I don’t can’t recommend this alter for business travel"

"It wasn't very clean. There were cigarette butts in the corner of the room. The air conditioning worked, and the futon was clean. However, the bathroom was cracked, and the shower curtain was too short, causing water to spill out. The Wi-Fi inexplicably didn't connect, and I was told the TV wasn't working due to strong winds. The Fan Festa venue was close by. It would have been better if it were a bit cheaper, but they did hold onto my luggage properly."

"The hotel is very conveniently located near the Union Tower and Union Station. From the airport, you can take the orange light rail line to West End Station, then transfer to the red line or blue line one stop to Union Station, which is very convenient. There are also quite a few bus routes nearby, making traveling very convenient. There are many important attractions surrounding the hotel, such as the location where Kennedy was shot, the Sixth Floor Museum, the JFK Museum, JFK Plaza, and the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum. A Greyhound station is also nearby. However, if you want to take the Flix bus, you need to take a bus or light rail to Deep Ellum. In addition, the hotel is a little far from restaurants and convenience stores, so it is recommended to plan meals in advance. The room has a very wide view, with a beautiful view of Central Station and the Reunion Tower. The entrance to the hotel is a bit hidden, located on the side facing away from the central station. It may take some time to find it when you first visit. The air conditioning system in the room works well and makes the entire environment very comfortable. The softness of the mattress is also very moderate, providing me with a good sleeping experience."
