"An old, tired hotel. Totally uncomfortable. The refrigerator was so noisy it sounded like a Boeing engine taking off that I had to turn it off at night. The bathroom door creaked like a worn cowboy saddle. They charged over $400 to my card and still haven't sent an invoice for the exact "services" they stole from my card. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of modern, better hotels in Dallas that don't charge customers for services they didn't provide!"

"The hotel was wonderful… The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the bar was vibrant and the rooms are spacious. You can’t beat the location of this place. It’s literally a five minute Uber ride to any major point. Such as the Kennedy assassination or Terry Blacks for some great barbecue, or if you’re in town for a convention to the convention center. we used Uber to get around if not, we use the electric scooters . Never needed to rent a car because a Uber ride from the airport will run you around $50. The hotel is in a great location. Funny of dining options, one of our favorite places to stay. Here are some photos of the lobby and views from our room. "

The steak nachos in the bar were delicious… next time , we will eat in the restaurant. We did order breakfast room service… it arrived promptly and it would rate a 5 star . "there's a dennys within the compound! wonderful. 2 gas stations nearby and a convenience store there too. we had no problems parking our car in the hotel. the room comes with a microwave oven and a good sized fridge. room was clean and the AC was cold. the lobby serves coffee in the morning but sadly no water dispenser, however there's ice making machine and launderette available. overall no complaints given the price we paid. would definitely return again. takes about 30 mins to downtown by car."

"The location is great, and the hotel is clean. However, we were not informed that construction would start at 5 AM right outside our window. It was impossible to sleep, and there were many unhappy guests. The only thing they did was waive the $20 parking fee. They claimed the information was on their website, but we didn't book through the website, nor could we find any construction info there. Even if it was, guests should be notified upon check-in. We only stayed one night, but some people were staying for a week! At the restaurant, we were initially not allowed to eat breakfast at a table after breakfast hours. We had ordered our food and were sent to the lounge area, where eating and drinking are prohibited. There were still people eating in the dining hall, and tables were available. After three requests, they finally allowed us to eat at a table. Overall, if you take the construction out of the equation, the hotel is decent, but not this time."
