The hallway stinks. The rooms are nice. The overnight staff isn’t too accommodating. Daytime staff is helpful and friendly.

I wasn’t able to take a shower the second day due to the clogged tubbed. I told the front desk when I checked out.

I checked into this Wingate facility, and the clerks/manager acknowledged my reservation. I gave him my name, and stated that I had a room booked for 2 (two) nights, he took my ID and confirmed my reservation, and issued me two room keys. The next morning we departed Wingate, to attend our Dallas Medical appointment. At 11:20 in the morining the Wingate manager called me and said I was to vacate the room as I had only booked it for one night. This was not what I had understood from Travelosity. I had to check out of the Wingate. I am throughly disgusted with both Wingate, and Travelosity. I will never do buisness with either of them again.

staff was super friendly. breakfast was surprisingly good. coffee was pretty weak. used the printer and that was a huge help. bed was so so. room was a bit on the outdated side. all appliances i tried worked. heater was nice and warm. shower was hot. wished i could have taken advantage of the airport shuttle. my flight arrived too late. i was there for about 7 hours total so all in all it served its purpose.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here on our way to and from Galveston. On the first night after checking in and only seeing 4 pillows on a king-sized bed I went to the front desk to ask for 2 more pillows. I was needing an extra pillow for my hurt knee and a pillow for my 3 year old daughter. The guy working the front desk said that I could not get anymore pillows because there were enough pillows in our room due to also having a couch. The couch in the room only had two flat square rough pillows on it. He did offer to give me an extra blanket to which I said yes to but never received the extra blanket. The breakfast was lacking as well. They did have your usual eggs, potatoes, bacon, waffles, cold cereal, bread for toast and a few pastry itmes but no yogurt or options for hot cereal. The covering on the chairs in the dining area are falling apart. Especially the chairs with the fake leather. On the second stay the room that we had was a king bed with a small living area. I noticed several stains on the couch that looked like people had spelled stuff on it but had never been cleaned. I also noticed stains on the four chairs at the table.The bed again only had four pillows that were very hard and not comfortable at all. The mattress on the bed was also hard and uncomfortable. My husband and I both did not sleep well. The heater/airconditioner ran all night. A leak formed in the bathroom behind the wall by the electeical plug and water puddled on the floor by the toilet.

Spacious room with king bed and sofa. Enjoyed indoor pool and hot tub. Good free breakfast. Would stay again.

People where fighting in hallway nobody came to say nothing place was one of the worst hotels instayed in

Not for families! People live here and the ladies who work at the area gentlemen's clubs use it as a landing pad to bring back clients after hours. The facilities are in disrepair and the hot tub hasn't been cleaned in months. We were there 90 minutes.
