After a long drive I was looking forward to a comfy night sleep but the activity in the room above me sure put that idea to rest....from the moment I got in the room until I showered the next morn at 5am.....,.,.that hotel is no doubt being used for more than a good nites sleep! I should have thrown my boots at the ceiling!

Shower in 104 was old and antiquated
Very hard to use without some instructions. Water pressure minimal to take a shower. Not enough water pressure for
Me wife to wash her hair.

Can’t say the front desk people were the friendliest. They seemed preoccupied with talking with their associates & looking at their phone over attending to guests. They gave me 4 key cards, only one of which worked. I called the front desk from an outside line & they didn’t pick up.
Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

I checked in Saturday afternoon. I requested room to be cleaned sunday & Asked for extra pillows. Never received neither.
For breakfast I asked someone for strawberry jelly. I told her I'm asking because there was none there on the basked they only apple & grape. She told me I'll check for you. I said thank you.
She walked to the basket then yelled to me oh there's none just apple and grape. I said yeah I had told you that. When you said you were going to go look I thought you meant the back. But thanks. I was like wow. Everytime I'll ask for something i just got brushed away.

This location was awesome , I was impressed how clean the place was and the staff was super friendly totally recommend , I saw a lot reviews about the hotel being so close to the freeway and it causing a lot of noise and I didn’t see an issue with that it was perfectly fine very happy with my choice , I will definitely be back thank you La Quinta (love location)

Hotel was fine but not great. Arrived after 10 pm to 3 employees in lobby but no greeting upon entry. Checked in and had to ask how to find my room, where to park, etc. One of the two keys provided only worked half the time. Hallway and elevator smelled of **** and dirt. Breakfast offered was just passable. Eggs were watery, fruit was flavorless and going bad on Saturday and Sunday the only cut fruit available was honeydew melon that was under ripe. Our stay was fine but not somewhere I would seek out again.

I was told there was a free shuttle to the airport, which is why I chose the hotel. When I arrived, I learned there was NO shuttle and it cost me $50 each way for a taxi. You did not list this property correctly. Would you please reimburse me for my taxi rides?

Nice hotel close to the airport with a shuttle, at least the night we arrived. The next morning when we came down for our reserved shuttle, we were told that the tags on their vehicle had expired and so there was no shuttle. Seriously?! They did call us an Uber and paid for it but still … keep up on your business details please.
They had a nice breakfast with eggs and sausage, all the usual. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

I’ve stayed at many LaQuinta properties dating back to 1977. I’ve never experienced a filthier property. The LaQuinta shuttle from Dallas Love Field stops operating at 11pm, a fact that cannot be found anywhere on the booking site. We were left getting a cab at a cost of $49.00. Stay away from this property!
