"Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang.
Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles.
Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do."

入住這家酒店真的太驚喜了！從踏入大堂開始就被温馨的氛圍包圍，前台小姐姐笑容超甜，辦理入住快到沒反應過來。房間乾淨得像剛消毒過，床品柔軟得讓人秒入睡，連浴室的熱水都來得又快又穩。
最加分的是早餐！種類多到選擇困難，現做的餛飩和煎蛋火候剛好，水果新鮮得像剛摘的。位置也超方便，出門拐個彎就是地鐵站，去景點和商圈都省時。退房時還送了伴手禮，細節處全是用心。下次來這兒，一定還住這家～"

酒店位置很巴適，周邊吃飯閑逛方便，房間佈局高端大氣上檔次，設施設備智能化，當反映床品有小小的瑕疵，酒店經理出現場處理非常貼心高效👍。因為自己的小疏忽訂的是無早的房間，一大早去吃早餐，弄得很尷尬，但服務員大姐處理的很靈活很走心。
酒店上上下下，從經理到前台妹妹到客房服務大姐再到早餐大姐，熱情周到，臉上永遠都洋溢着發自內心的笑臉。
到店的當天晚上也聽前台妹妹的推薦去吃了酒店2樓的晚餐，價格實惠，味道可口👍，值得推薦。

- 客房：雙床房空間寬敞，床品柔軟親膚，睡起來特別踏實。超大落地窗能直接看到窗外的草坪和遠山，清晨被鳥鳴和綠意喚醒，太治癒了！
- 衞浴：乾濕分離做得很到位，洗漱台乾淨整潔，吹風機、備品都齊全，細節處能看出酒店的用心。
- 公區：園區綠化超棒，步道蜿蜒，樹木錯落，空氣裏都是草木清香，飯後散步特別舒服。
👩💼 服務與體驗
從辦理入住到退房，工作人員都熱情又專業，主動幫忙提行李、介紹設施，態度温和又有分寸。

The team here was incredible — super friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Our room was one-of-a-kind, with a private hot tub that made our stay feel extra special and relaxing. Everything was tidy, well set up, and easy from beginning to end.
They also have a really cool Mercedes van that can take you straight to the famous museum nearby, which was such a nice bonus. It’s a great spot for families too — kids will definitely love it here. A fantastic place all around!

設施：房價200+但是品質很好，床上用品很舒服，早餐豐富，基本上是綜合性很強的酒店，還有洗衣房，配備還是挺齊全的
衞生:因為可能是國慶的原因，很多婚宴，酒店很多人但是整個區域非常乾淨整潔，應該有很好的管理。
環境：中式園林設計又有點現代化，反正一處一景，特別是我們客房出來有個亭子，很喜歡，在這餵魚也很快樂，整個建築都是被水包圍着，很美。
服務：特別説一下服務，早上是酒店的總經理給我們講一個展館，類似於孝文化的博物館，很生動很熱情人很多，聽説衹有國慶節免費開放，為了向讓住客推廣孝文化，很好，適合帶孩子來學習參觀，我看到還為小朋友準備了通行卡，遊園票，確實服務上很用心，下次一定約着幾個小孩一起來體驗
總得來説這次入住讓我們印象深刻，希望每個景區都能有個這樣的舒適空間，給旅程增加一份舒心

Everything is voice activated with Xiaodu... my chinese is a little... non-existent, but translation apps made it easy. 👌🙌 Amazing. Fantastic location not far from the cbd, within walking distance. Surrounded by little shops and restaurants, everything you could need. English-speaking is a little sparse, but the generous and kind staff, always aim to help. 💥💖💯

AAnonim Kullanıcı省電一定要省電！這是店家的提醒：政府號召綠色節能減排不要開空調不關。每天免費提供礦泉水三瓶喝完自己燒自來水，保潔每天衹是打開櫃子拿三瓶水就走衞生靠自己動手打掃，入住當天要交200元按金，房東説是自己的規定寫在攜程裏了不交不給密碼開門，進小區要在保安室登記卻不管指引，要靠自己按照房東發的圖片自己摸索着找，導航基本無用因為一旦你誤入地下車庫基本要看辨識方向的本領，可以點外賣平均要等1小時以上，外賣小哥要找到你也是考驗他的方向能力。
