"We arrived late at night after 23hrs travel from our home in the UK, we receptionist gave us a very warm welcome and understood our need to get checked in and into our room, they could not have been more helpful. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Fresh fruit and snacks were waiting for us in the room and plenty of bottled water. The breakfast is a buffet style setting with plenty of choice, I asked if there was poached egg and although these were not available the chef prepared me 2 perfect poached eggs . I sat and watched the sunrise behind the bridge adjacent to the hotel whilst enjoying a nourishing and plentiful . When we returned to our room we noticed that the fridge was not working, we contacted reception and a brand new fridge was delivered and installed within 30mins. We used the laundry on our 3rd day, I spoke to a member of staff who said that she would get it all dry and deliver it to the room so that we could get out and about. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and each time has been a pleasurable experience but this time it was so special and it genuinely felt like home. A special mention to the 2ladies on reception who were so helpful and also gave us free breakfast on our last morning because we were regulars. Xiao Zhang and Xiao Luo"

The hotel immediately provided an air purifier. The hotel is conveniently located with abundant dining and shopping options nearby. The breakfast variety is moderate, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western styles. The room I booked includes two breakfasts, and the front desk also gave the children breakfast for free. The service staff was enthusiastic, responded promptly, and thoughtfully delayed check-out by one hour. Very suitable for family travel."

"The bed headboard was dirty, which was really disgusting (probably due to years of sedimentation without cleaning). There was a perfume smell when I entered the room, but it was covered by the stench from the bathroom the next day. The sound insulation was so bad that I felt like there was someone next to me and I could hear the voice clearly. Fortunately, I brought earplugs to avoid it. The set meal I ordered included lunch and dinner. I can choose not to use them, but you can't help but tell me. Although I can't ask for too much for many things for about 100 yuan, can you please provide the most basic hygiene and due service?"

"This hotel is terrible! It is totally not worth the price of more than 200 yuan. (I have been to Deyang for business many times. I booked late on the day and the hotel I used to stay in was out of room.) Please refer to the following check-in experience carefully: 1. There was renovation work the next day without informing the guests in advance. At 8 o'clock in the morning, I didn't know where the renovation was started, upstairs or nearby. The noise was very loud. The purpose of opening a hotel is to have a good rest, so why didn't the guests be informed in advance? 2. The breakfast was very very small, you can see the picture, especially the auntie in charge of breakfast, it was like we owed her millions. The two of us asked for two servings of noodles, she cooked one and brought it up, we said we had another, she actually asked back, didn’t you want one? We said at the beginning that we would have two servings for two people [smile][smile] 3. In addition, its breakfast time is also outrageous. It closes at 9 o'clock. There are still a few customers eating in the restaurant at that time. At 9 o'clock, the restaurant is cleaned up and all the dishes are taken away. I want to ask if there are still customers at that time, what if others want to eat?"
