The decoration is old but all the hotels staffs are nice and helpful. Hope they can renew their facilities in the room. Overall are acceptable and valuable copmared with room charges.

還可以的，早餐很好吃，衞生狀況也OK，相比國內同價位的的酒店性價比還是不錯的，畢竟那邊還是欠發達地區。

這個酒店非常好, 價格也不高, 早餐水平很高,地點也非常好,晚上很寧靜, 我是因為訂了Uttara那邊的酒店, 因為晚上太操沒法入睡,所以臨時轉過來,太好了, 唯一不好的是我那個房間沒有窗。

Rony is my man.. and he deserves a better position .. it’s a great hotel .. next time I’m coming to this place again and contact to Roney’ all staff were so supportive and meals were great .

This is one of the worst experiences I ever had. 2 men by the name of Lawrence and Robin were very rude and was not being accommodating. They gave us a room with the nastiest A/C that did not even work. Literally water and ice fell out the A/C and ruined my clothes and laptop. They gave us 2 rooms at first and then revoked it. Even though the rooms were completely empty and not being used and we were literally leaving for our flight the next day and they decided to revoke it. These 2 gentleman were very rude to the point one person had to hold the other back from saying anything rude. This is a 4.5 star hotel act like one. Treat people the way you want to be treated. To whom it may concern, if the manager happens to read this. You can check the security cameras on oct 14th around 940pm. Please do something about that. I literally came all the way from New York City to see my family that I have not seen for 7+ years. And my family and I get treated like this. I should sue for emotional damage and being mistreated. The fact that as a 24 year old man I am writing this must show how enraged I am.

The hotel is well located in a quiet leafy street. We were all very well cared for. I was so impressed by the lovely service and commend Mr Mithu for leading a friendly, warm and helpful team. Everyone was excellent. Thanks in particular to Nasrin, Fahim, Sujoy and the lady who gave me a super massage. The food was completely delicious. Mention has been made in other reviews of the slightly outdated decor - a few modern tweaks would make a big difference and I would love to see beautiful contemporary photos of Bangladesh or new artists on the wall which would help lift the current colour palate.

Nice staff and good service. Very good restaurant and other facilities. Their business centre managed by Zihad provides a very good place to work. Close to the airport which makes it a perfect place before/after a visit further into Bangladesh.
