"Unfortunately my room was very old and had an unpleasant smell (probably it used to be a smoking room). I didn’t like the poor conditions of my room. The hotel has got a very nice gym with sauna and a small pool. The gym is really convenient and well equipped. The restaurant is good enough and there is a nice coffee shop always open. The staff is very kind and professional."

"The hotel is conveniently located right next to Hazrat Shahjalal Airport, and also on Dhaka's main avenue. The staff are polite and always ready to help with any questions. The room is simple, nothing fancy, but clean, and has a shower and toilet. Breakfast is good, but there was no meat, at least not for us."

"The hotel is surely the best one in Dhaka, in the last 7 years I tried many and this is has totally all the potential to become a top grade institution. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall decoration is beautiful. The staff is attentive, professional and smiling all the time (very important). Spot on the front desk manager Mr. Galib, a real passionate and professional person who for sure will bring this establishment to success with his attitude and hard job. I also appreciate Mr. Rubel from the main restaurant, nice and very kind. As a new institution there is still a lot to polish, the staff need to be trained more on the little details (like be more present in the restaurant to pour water and clear the tables quicker...), mosquito problems on the restaurant on pool side. Plus the menus "a la carte" needs more selection and variety! Just little details but important to push this hotel on the top. All the potential is there, you will achieve!"

"My safe haven in Dhaka. I felt secure here, especially with the armed guards at the entrance. The hotel facilities are all top-notch, and the dining and overall environment meet high standards. My only minor critique is that the hotel is a bit older, and the ventilation in the smoking rooms could be improved."

"I booked a 4-night, 5-day business trip for a business meeting. It is located in the center of Dhaka, Banani, so it is easy to travel to Gulchang or other areas. The price is cheap and the facilities are clean, so I was able to stay comfortably for 4 nights and 5 days. The yogurt served for breakfast was Bangladeshi traditional yogurt (served in a traditional earthenware pot), so it was delicious and good."

"I stayed for two days on a business trip, and it was decent for Bangladesh. Although small, the lobby and restaurant looked nice, and there is even a mini swimming pool. It is located in the city center of Gulshan, and the Sheraton Hotel is nearby. You can walk there, but since it is a dangerous country, first-time visitors should absolutely not walk. It is a country where it is considered normal for foreigners not to use public transportation. The toast was a bit burnt, but I liked that the bread served before the meal contained unique items. There was a variety, including some that were slightly spicy."
