Wonderful, helpful & friendly staff. Good comfortable rooms. If I were to return to Dublin I would not look at any other hotel.

Lovely staff and a godsend when our room was made available when we arrived at 6am. Bathrooms were small and lacked proper ventilation. Still, bed and linens were comfortable and hotel location was incredible.

Nice quiet and friendly Hotel. Our room was situated just above the foyer and we found it to be noisy at night and when deliveries arrived around 6am.

The staff was amazing, Pablo made sure my experience at the hotel was beautiful. Conrad the door man is so polite, you will not be disappointed when you stay here.
Great management team with attention to detail will definitely be coming back.

This hotel was in a convenient location for an event I was attending. It's a shame parking isn't included but there is a multistorey carpark across the road you can get discounted parking in. The staff were all friendly and helpful even though it was very busy the weekend I stayed there. I stayed in a twin room and it would have been very comfortable for two people to stay in - decent size etc.

After traveling the entire country and staying in 7 other hotels, this was the only one that didnt have the flat blade power outlets which we had adapters for. Then they want to sell you the round pin european ones for 10 euros.

This was an excellent hotel in a great area of Dublin. Everything was close. The staff were helpful and attentive and the breakfast was awesome. It was also great to have food and drinks available all day

Friendly and efficient staff. Great breakfast options and pleasant lounge for an evening drink.
While public space was clean and attractive, our room at least could use a makeover.

This property is well located to enable walking to shopping, sightseeing, restaurants and buses. Parking is just across the street.
The room we had faced out to the street and there was considerable noise in the evenings.
The concierge was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable.
