"Me and my friend had a lovely stay at the College Green Hotel in Dublin. The location is excellent, right in the city center and within easy walking distance of many attractions, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection, and it was a great way to start the day. What really stood out was the staff — everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay feel even more pleasant. The hotel was very clean and quiet, so we slept well, and I really liked the cute, stylish decor, which gave the place a cozy and charming atmosphere. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Dublin."

"After I had made my booking I realised I didn’t have breakfast included as was suggested on my booking information I contacted the Conrad hotel and was told if I added breakfast for two on then it would be €25 each if I left it until I booked in to add breakfast it would cost €30 each so I obviously booked it for €25 each but when I finally booked in to the hotel I met a very condescending receptionist who informed me that they don’t do discounts and breakfast was €30 when i explained that it was not a discount she continued to tell me they don’t do discounts and eventually said she would ask her manager and came back with the same information to me at this point I was so embarrassed that I agreed to pay €30 each but when she finally put the booking through it wasn't accepted which at that point another receptionist came to check the computer and could see quite clearly that I had my breakfast booked for €25 and told the other receptionist that it was clearly signed by an appropriate manager so eventually I got booked in but the breakfast I felt was very disappointing as it was the first time ever I was asked to pay €9 extra for anything extra from the breakfast alacart menu which meant if I just wanted poached eggs I had to pay €25 plus €9 I was not impressed the whole issue with the payment for breakfast while trying to book into the hotel and then realising that you had to pay extra for what’s normally on a breakfast menu anyway. No i certainly wouldn’t be going back to the Conrad or recommending it"

"Frustrating Experience: Reservation Confusion Rating: My recent stay was marred by an incredibly unprofessional check-in experience. Despite having a fully prepaid reservation, the front desk staff had absolutely no record of my booking upon arrival. Instead of efficiently resolving the issue, the staff repeatedly insisted that I pay for the room again, despite my clear explanation and proof of prior payment. It was frustrating and exhausting to have to argue my case after a long journey. While the property may have potential, the lack of organization and poor customer service at the front desk completely soured the experience. I would strongly advise confirming your reservation multiple times before arrival or choosing a more reliable establishment."

"It’s a lovely apartment style hotel. We booked a studio room and were very impressed by the thoughtful design of the room. The kitchenette was very well equipped with everything you’d need to make a simple meal. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the location was great, close to public transport and city centre. The only downside for us, a small imperfection, was the sheets actually didnt fit the bed completely and the bed moves a little, so we find ourselves having to fix the sheets and the bed everyday. Hopefully they can fix this going forward."

"The location is ok. There’s a tram stop near the hotel. Hotel room is clean and Ok. However, the WiFi is not really working if you got a corner room. Very noisy at Saturday night- a pub or bar outside is super loud until midnight. So you’ll need to be lucky to get a room away from all these… Service was ok but very basic level for Hilton."

"House keeping very poor. Our room wasn’t made up when we got back both evening. We had expressed this on leaving to go out on the Monday morning so expected the room to be serviced and it wasn’t again. This happened us a few years ago at Fitzpatrick and it hasn’t got any better. We don’t think this is good enough as we were away from early morning until after 4 pm approximately 6 hrs. Plenty of time to make up a pretty tidy room. Very disappointed. I spoke to duty manager Stephen and he was very nice ,looking to give us a free meal which i didn’t except as i wasn’t looking something free i just want they to improve their house keeping.!!!!!!"

"The most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our entire trip in Ireland. Very spacious, bright, and modern. We had a room with an ocean view and truly enjoyed watching the tides come and go. Great breakfast, a nice pub, and a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. We loved everything :) The only minor downside was that it was a bit too warm in the room."
