The property was just okay. Older hotel. Only one small elevator for the whole place. No dining except breakfast in the morning. Room was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Short staffed; girl who checked us in late Friday night was back early Saturday morning she said due to a sick call. She was absolutely wonderful.

Dirty rooms, old, poor neighborhood with homeless people in the lobby made us feel unsafe. Did not end up staying at all and moved hotels within 10 minutes of being there. Management would not issue refund. Terrible service and experience. Recommend staying far far away!

The staff were great. I left the hotel headed to Calgary and left my I-phone watch there. Front desk called me as soon as the cleaning staff noticed it. I was very appreciative of them contacting me asap. Did have to drive back but the watch was there with chargers etc. Thank you staff. Will use this hotel again, it is always good value

3rd floor is either boiling hot or freezing cold depending on weather. Window opened on to illegal balcony that can be accessed by other guests/rooms. No hot water and dirt came out of tub faucet.

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed at. The had no hot water to our room in the morning for showers and when we called down they couldn’t do anything about the issue. We had paid for 2 nights but we left after only 1 night. I would really recommend that this hotel is removed from your site as it was literally our worst experience. We would like to have our 2nd night that we paid for as we left and only stayed one night.

Worst experience ever. Went to reschedule 2 days prior due to a snow storm and unable to make it there. Was told I would have a $75 rescheduling fee (thought that was a bit ridiculous since I was rescheduling for MORE days). Then 4 days later, after receiving confirmation from ******* that they would charge $75. they charged me $107 for room chrg. then quickly followed by another charge for $257. they didnt actually reschedule my stay, instead decided to go for the bigger buck of claiming it was a no show, and charging whatever they pleased. When ******* attempted to get in contact with the manager, they never replied and instead had to be called multiple times in order to say they would refuse to refund anything.
Absolutely the worst customer service. A true scam.

Asma is one of the friendliest receptionists I've ever dealt with. She communicated with us so well upon check-in. She is your hotel's gem who will make guests come back.
